I’ve been attending this clinic for many years. My experience has always been excellent. Brian and staff are fantastic at what they do and very knowledgeable regarding the lasers that would work best for my needs. I can also rely on the clinic to have the best laser equipment for the job. I’ve had tattoo removal, laser for other skin issues such as pigmentation & rejuvenation, and various skin peels and other treatments. Would highly recommend.

I booked a consultation with Vicky to establish a treatment plan ahead of my wedding. She really listened to my skin concerns and explained all of the treatments and let me decided which one I was the most comfortable with (which is exactly the opposite to experiences I’ve had in other clinics where I’ve felt pushed into treatments that didn’t really suit me). She explained everything in great detail, while also keeping things simple and guided me through the relevant skin prep. Both her and Caroline greeted me with warm, friendly and welcoming energy and I can’t wait to get my first treatment done. 10/10, couldn’t recommend enough ♥️

Between Dr. Gisele, Dr. Brian and Hanna, this clinic gives 5 star service. They are medically driven and never try to upsell or pressure you into treatments that aren’t right for you. The knowledge they have and comfort they provide is unmatched. I will never go anywhere else for my dermatology needs. Excellent clinic!

My appointment with Hanna today was great. She was very knowledgable about the laser process and made sure to check in regularly about my pain levels throughout the treatment. She took her time, listened to me, and didn’t rush anything which I really appreciated. Caroline on reception is so friendly and personable, which always enhances my experience there!

Very poor follow-up care, especially if you require a treatment that involves multiple sessions. I went for three CO2 laser sessions for a scar as well as overall facial skin treatment. On all three occasions, I was seen by different practitioners who seemed unfamiliar with my case and had little knowledge of my previous treatments. I repeatedly had to explain what had been done, where it had been done, and what the treatment plan was. There was no proper continuity of care, no detailed review of the results from previous sessions, and very limited monitoring of my progress before and after each treatment. For a clinic offering procedures that require multiple appointments and long-term assessment, I expected a much higher standard of follow-up and communication. They are very nice, yes... unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality of care and patient follow-up I received at this clinic.

Highly recommend Brian for tattoo removal. He was professional, kind, and explained everything so clearly before we started. He made a potentially uncomfortable process feel very manageable. I’ll definitely be returning for my next treatments. Thanks, Brian!

I do not recommend this clinic! I had a completely unpleasant experience. I paid €20 to secure an appointment for a skin tag removal. I specifically requested to be scheduled at this location and as urgently as possible, but I was given an appointment after 7 days and at a different location, even though I clearly stated it was an urgent situation. A day before the appointment, the skin tag that was supposed to be removed fell off on its own (something I had absolutely no control over). I messaged them the evening before to cancel and requested a refund, but I was told they could not refund me because I hadn’t given 48 hours’ notice. How could I have known in advance that something like this would happen naturally? I sent the money to secure the appointment to a random Revolut account and did not receive any receipt for it. Four days ago, I sent an email to the head office with an official complaint requesting my money back, but no one has responded to this day. I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled!
