I have been going to this clinic for 2 years and always been guided on best care and treatment for my skin. My skin has never been in such good condition. I had another wonderful experience at the clinic with Jade. She is so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and she always takes the time to explain every step of the RF microneedling treatment, which made me feel completely at ease. Jade is gentle, caring, and genuinely passionate about helping her clients achieve the best results. The clinic is always spotless and welcoming, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jade and the clinic to anyone considering RF microneedling or other skin treatments. Colleen and Jade are so lovely to deal with. Had HIFU done with Colleen who was so knowledgeable about the treatment and spent time going through the process beforehand. She put my mind at ease and overall I had a lovely experience. Will definitely go back again for further treatments as I can already see results after a few hours.

Lovely people and great overall experience. Phoned to make booking, spoke to Sabrina who was lovely. When I arrived I was greeted by Colleen who was also lovely and explained everything. Sabrina had left detailed notes so Colleen was prepared. No pressure, no upselling and for my own safety, we had a patch test and discussed the treatment. I did avail of treatment that would compliment the results and it was a very pleasant experience. Very clean clinic. I definitely recommend.
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was genuinely shocking and uncomfortable.
I arrived for a booked consultation and was left waiting 15 minutes past my appointment time with no apology or explanation. When I was eventually seen, I explained that I was there for my consultation and that reception had advised me I could briefly mention a business opportunity during this time.
I was immediately cut off mid-sentence by Colleen (one of the clinic owners) in a sharp and dismissive tone and told she ‘would not allow her clients to use her time for business opportunities’, despite this being suggested by her own staff. She then proceeded to tell me that I ‘didn’t have a clue what I was talking about’, which was both rude and unnecessary particularly as I have previously helped multiple clinics grow their brand and online presence.
The manner in which I was spoken to was condescending, abrupt and completely unprofessional. Rather than being treated like a paying client, I was made feel belittled and brushed off.
What made this interaction even more ironic is that the clinic’s own social media presence reflects very poorly for a business offering advanced aesthetic treatments it is minimal, outdated and lacks professionalism. The outright dismissal of constructive input was therefore extremely telling.
Because of how uncomfortable this experience was, I chose not to proceed with any treatments and instead spent my voucher on skincare products, as I did not feel confident putting further money back into the clinic.
For a clinic owned and run by a professional, I expected leadership, respect and basic customer care. Unfortunately, this experience showed the opposite. I will not be returning and would strongly reconsider recommending this clinic to others.
I had my first treatment with Lauren, a combination of microdermabrasion and microneedling. Lauren was so knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease throughout. Clinic is lovely, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
