I had severe rosacea and pigmentation on my face and had become increasingly self-conscious of it. It got to the stage where I was wearing makeup almost every day to cover it up. I was referred to Dr. Lisa by a friend and have thanked her for it several times since.
I just finished my second round of BBL laser with Dr. Lisa and although I'm not finished the entire course of treatment yet, the difference in my skin is remarkable. I have little to no redness, my broken capillaries are completely gone and my overall complexion is much more even and looks brighter.
Throughout my treatment Dr. Lisa checked several times to ensure I was comfortable, asked if I needed any breaks and talked me through the entire process. She really puts the patient first and makes the experience as easy as it gets.
I must also mention the other lovely staff members in the clinic. I had my skin consultation and HydraFacial with Anastasia who was fantastic. She has greeted me with a smile every time I've come in and was also very impressed with the improvement in my skin.
I would recommend Dr. Lisa to anyone considering treatment as you're informed about things rather than being pressured into them. She's the best in the business and I won't be going anywhere else for treatments in the future. It’s been a high-return investment for me and I'm looking forward to the continued results.

Lisa was absolutely fantastic. I went to see her regarding some issues with dark circles, and she provided completely honest, genuine advice. Instead of pushing procedures that wouldn't actually work for my specific case, she was incredibly transparent about the options and their realistic success rates. I highly recommend her integrity and professionalism!
I had a booked consultation appointment for Friday. I had a plan to go to clinic straight after work, the appointment was scheduled for 5:15pm. My work is located in Blanchardstown and I live in North County Dublin. I didn't mind to travel all the way to Ballsbridge as Dr Fay and her staff knew my face skin history and I was happy with the results of past treatments.
Unfortunately, due to disturbed roads and blockages caused by the farmers' protests we were instructed by senior manager at work to leave offices early and work remotely. We were not given any notice at all as the situation was so unpredictable (everyone could hear of these events on the news and media).
That left me with no choice but to inform Dr Fay's clinic that because of the above reasons I don't think I would make it for the appointment. I had to go back home from Blanch - finish my work remotely and then attend the appointment. It was just simply impossible with the unpredictability with the protest and given the distance between work, home and the clinic.
I explained that to the receptionist (Lauren), who by the way was interrupting me constantly over the phone when I was trying to explain the circumstances. She kept on talking about the 48h cancellation policy. I tried to explain that I do not wish to cancel my appointment, I am forced to reschedule.
I then received a text message that my deposit will not be refunded because I did not give them 48h notice as per cancellation policy. I asked them if they could reconsider to use that deposit for any next free available consultation appointment, and explained the circumstances again. They respond that they understand me, however they were left with not enough time to offer the slot to another customer.
I have read other clients' reviews and came across one where customer had to cancel the appointment due to COVID 19 restrictions, and lost the deposit as well. I'm actually glad that it is not only me that was in similar situation and felt treated unfairly. I think there should be some exceptions to this policy in such circumstances.
Although I was happy with the past treatments (that's why I gave 2 stars, not 1), I will not be coming back and will look for different clinic, nearer to my location. I never minded to travel all the way from North County Dublin to Dublin 4 for any appointments. Yesterday's situation taught a lesson (to me expensive one). Considering that I was willing to spent approx €1500 for a treatment (which I already availed of in the past), I find it quite disturbing that they kept that €50 deposit, from customer that never missed any appointments in the past and also knowing the circumstances of not being able to attend this time.
Dr Lisa Fay is amazing. I was recently treated by her, and she really listened to me. She gave great recommendations and was happy to answer all of my questions honestly. Her work is excellent, and I’m very happy to be her patient. I can only recommend her!
Very professional staff. I had treatment for deep pigmentation on my hands and face. The procedure was explained to me every step of the way. I had numbing cream applied to my hands and face beforehand. Overall the treatment was only mildly uncomfortable and didn’t take too long. Dr. Lisa and her staff are very friendly and put you at ease straight away. I would highly recommend. 😊
