First time ever being here and cannot fault it at all. Walk in, extremely short wait (especially considering you’re the one being last minute without an appointment) Dr Muhammad was very clear and professional and Shannon on front desk was exceptional, genuinely was so helpful, friendly and professional, even after I left I had some silly questions which she promptly answered with the upmost respect and diligence, giving me peace of mind and not making me feel like a burden! I would, without hesitation, return and also recommend
I did not have a good experience at this clinic. Despite having an appointment at 3:00 PM, I had to wait for more than an hour to be seen. During the consultation, I felt there was more interest in personal aspects such as my country of origin than in my health condition, which made me uncomfortable.
In addition, when I requested a simple attendance note for work, they attempted to charge me €15, despite me clarifying several times — both in person and by email — that it was not a medical certificate, but only a basic attendance confirmation.
I did not feel well attended to, and I would recommend considering other clinics.
I fell down the stairs and injured my arm, so I went to this GP to have it checked. My experience with Dr Azher Hussain was extremely poor. I found him rude, dismissive, and careless in how my case was handled.
Overall, it was a waste of time and money.
After a one minute “visit”, he told me to go to the Mater Rapid Injury Clinic for an X-ray on a Saturday. I pointed out that google said it’s closed on weekends and bank holidays, but he dismissed my concern and insisted it was open. When I got there, it was closed.
When it was open, the receptionist told me that the referral stated I had “pins and needle” pain — something I never said — which meant I had to go to the ED for a full assessment.
My blood pressure was also recorded, despite it not being taken during my appointment. I can only imagine what other things are inaccurate.
After writing the referral, he dismissed me saying “what else do you want?”, which I found incredibly rude and unprofessional.
Terrible experience, I would not recommend.
I went the first time for a consultation, the doctor said it was better to get a blood test before he would prescribe me anything. I came back next day and he wasn’t able to take my blood. I wasn’t feeling very well after he moved the needle many times in my arm, he told me to go outside and breathe some fresh air and have some water. When I came back he said I actually don’t need the blood test and he only prescribed me the meds. Waste of money and time. If you really feel unwell don’t go there. No patience, he looked lost and didn’t even explain things properly.
5-star to the receptionist tho. Very nice and polite.
I am not Irish (I'm Canadian) and was glad I found this place. The receptionist was fantastic, welcoming and efficient. Without an appointment, I waited about 45 minutes (reasonable wait time) to see the doctor who genuinely cared. Although I was doubtful about his initial diagnosis, I trusted his opinion and glad that I did. He was correct and the infection went away after taking the meds. I wish walk-in clinics in Canada were this good.
i’m a canadian student living in dublin. i had to go to dr.365 as i contracted strep throat. not only did they answer the phone when i called that morning, i was in, and out in 30 minutes max. and with the pharmacy right down the street it was super convenient. the receptionist was lovely and the dr. was polite and efficient. thank you !
I had a very disappointing experience with this GP. I did not feel supported or properly helped with my medical concerns. Instead of receiving guidance or follow-up care, I was directed to a hospital that only handles emergency cases, even though my situation was not an emergency. Unfortunately, I did not receive the help I was looking for.
Good private GP clinic that doesn't require you to make an appointment for a doctor's visit. The dr was good, attentive and knowledgeable about my problem. I would recommend this clinic to any person living in Ireland, especially if they're a foreigner.
