I can't recommend Carolina highly enough. I arrived at my appointment on crutches with my ankle in agony, feeling completely overwhelmed by the whole situation and worried about when I'd be able to get back to dancing.
From the moment I met her, Carolina put me at ease. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and gave me simple, easy-to-follow exercises and advice that made the recovery process feel much less daunting.
After just one session, I already felt so much more confident and was able to start moving without my crutches. More importantly, I left feeling positive and reassured that I was on the right path.
Carolina is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely caring. If you're looking for a physiotherapist who will make you feel heard, comfortable, and confident in your recovery, I couldn't recommend her more.
Myself and my husband attended DBC physiotherapy for quite a few different ailments. Kevin was our physiotherapist and he was absolutely brilliant with us. He gave us great instructions and answered any questions that we asked. He gave us exercises to do at home with bands. We've been attending him now for some time and are both now feeling so much better and he's given us back our confidence. They have a brilliant set up with top top class equipment and top class physiotherapists. We have already recommended them to our friends. Thank you Kevin for all you help. Its much appreciated.

I attended DBC Ashleaf after a very bad episode with my back. I worked with Kevin and from my first session I felt reassured that we would get it sorted. We worked to both easy out muscle tightness and rebuild strength in my core and back. The DBC crew were excellent to work with from the moment I called to make my first appointment. I was able to get an appointment without delay and they were always very organized and considerate in scheduling my future appointments. I would highly recommend DBC and all their staff for their knowledge, dedication and follow ups. They are very passionate about their clients and the only downfall is that they don’t have a clinic on the Northside. I have been injury free now for a year so pretty happy with the results Kevin helped me achieve. Thanks DBC

Sebastian was a huge help in finally sorting out a shoulder injury I’d been dealing with for over two years. He gave me clear exercises that fit easily into my normal gym routine, and the difference has been noticeable. He’s knowledgeable, practical, and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.
I had a fantastic experience at DBC with Sarah. Thanks to her treatment and advice, my neck pain has improved significantly. She gave me practical exercises and guidance to prevent the issue from coming back, which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend!
Sarah was a brilliant physiotherapist and was easy to talk to and checked if I had any pain before and after each session. She made each weekly session interesting by adding on exercises that had not been part of my daily homework. Laura on reception was a very welcoming face and v friendly.
Ian Kenny was brilliant. He helped me recover from a rotator cuff injury that hadn’t healed properly for two years. With Ian’s guidance and advice, I was able to make a full recovery and get completely back to normal.
