Such a wonderful experience today with Dr Ofeibea! Wonderful from the moment I walked in. Extremely professional staff! The service was very efficient and felt it was a really good standard!
She gave such wonderful advice on oral cancer and what to look out for which I found really practical! I could not get over the excellent treatment from start to finish between the advice and the service itself! We would be flying in Ireland if we got practical advice like this in every healthcare setting! I was so impressed! The receptionist was really lovely as well! I will be back😁😁
My experience was excellent! Above all, I would like to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the receptionist, the dentist, and her assistant. In addition, it was very easy to schedule an appointment, and they were very punctual with the timing. In my case, I went to get a night guard/splint made, and the whole process was smooth and professional.
I had a disappointing experience at this clinic. I got braces, and although my teeth are slightly better than before, they are not as perfect as I wanted them to be. The treatment was also very expensive, and on top of that, the staff—especially one woman at the reception who is Irish—was extremely rude. A young girl who is the assistant and was always with the dentist also laughed at me. I even saw her on the street making comments about me. I really hope others are aware of how rude they are. Not happy with the service at all.
I had a very positive experience at Cork Dental Care. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment.
The clinic is modern, clean, and well-organized, which immediately puts you at ease. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the high standard of care provided.

I had an amazing experience in the Dental care today.
The parts of my fillings from my two front teeth fell off and needed an immediate fix.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the dentist, even took me earlier, than what was my scheduled time.
Dr Emma took such a great care of me and repaired my teeth with such an incredible precision and the teeth are looking even better, than before the accident.
The Cork Dental care is an amazing dental practice, that I would definitely recommend to others.

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The customer service was terrible from the beginning. The receptionist was extremely rude, unprofessional, and made me feel unwelcome every time I visited.
To make matters worse, the treatments were very expensive and completely overpriced for the quality of service provided.
I paid for orthodontic treatment and dental veneers, and unfortunately the results were awful. The orthodontic work did not meet my expectations at all, and the veneers looked terrible—unnatural, poorly done, and far from what was promised.
Overall, I am very unhappy with both the treatment and the way I was treated as a customer. Considering the high cost and poor results, I feel that my money was wasted.
I would not recommend this clinic to anyone under any circumstances. If you are considering orthodontic treatment or veneers, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
My visit with Gavin was efficient, informative and solution based. The technology was amazing and helped me to completely understand what treatments I needed and why. A very positive experience in a meticulously clean environment.
My mother recently had dental work done, and we were extremely happy with the care she received. Dr. Galvin was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. He handled everything with great care and saw the whole treatment through from start to finish. We are truly grateful to Dr. Galvin and his assistant for their excellent work.
