Shocking reception service. The phones are never answered. Such a shame especially for the elderly. Im actually wondering have they a switch to keep the lines closed and prevent the phones ringing. If they have they need to stop and consider the very sick people looking for care.

Useless place. Do not answer the phone and ignore emails too. When you do get an appointment it lasts all of 10 seconds and they try to milk you for your money.

I visited the clinic yesterday and was really impressed by the kindness and welcoming nature of the reception staff. They knew exactly why I was there and provided all the necessary information. Also very warm and helpful. Everything ran on time and my expectations were definitely exceeded. Thank you

Poor service. They do not answer the phone or email. You must go in person to make an appointment and it's typically more than a week to wait for the appointment. They open during office hours and close for lunch so you must go to make an appointment and come back a week later to attend the actual appointment. Ridiculous for a medical practice. The blonde receptionist has always been helpful when I went in so that's the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

I have attended this medical centre for a long period of time. I have always found the receptionists helpful and welcoming upon arrival. I can imagine how stressful things must be for all staff especially during the pandemic but they always remained positive and happy to help with any questions or queries. I would recommend this centre for anyone who may feel apprehensive about joining a GP/looking for an appointment as their level of care is fantastic. Huge well done to all the staff there, your hard work does not go unnoticed.

Iam a private patient and have been visiting for appointments for 10 years now.The receptionist are amazing ,always polite and bend over backwards to help. The Dr's are great and always at hand to help.The surgery could do with a bit of an update. Can understand the issues with getting through on the phones as there are only two girls answering calls and the lines are always ringing whenever I've visited. I would like to say all the staff have worked like trajan for the last few years during these troubled times.Well done all at Clune Road you are great support for or community. Keep up the great work.

I have been a patient in this medical practice for the past nine years and I have been thoroughly impressed with the doctors and reception staff. They take time to speak to you when they hardly have any time to spare. They treat you with the upmost respect and support. They have to deal with some very rude behaviour from people. And still remain calm and that takes a lot of dedication. I would recommend that anyone in need of a doctor. Come to the Clune Road Medical Centre and I am sure you will be very impressed with the service and level of care you will receive. Donna O'Connell
