I cannot recommend the Health and screen service at Charter Medical Smithfield enough. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was incredibly calming and professional. Unlike other places where you feel like just another number, the team here truly takes the time to your concerns and look at your health. Dr Aileen was particularly knowledgeable and made me feel heard and supported. This is the place to feel genuine care.

I attended Charter Medical for an Executive Health Screening recently. From the reception staff, to the nurses and the doctor were so helpful, warm and welcoming. From when I booked my initial consultation until I got my medical report in the post, my experience was fabulous. Everything that was done was so thorough, I felt listened to and any fears I had were eased. I feel like it was well priced for all that was done and I feel like I have a good understanding of what my health looks like. They also take insurance, which helped with the pricing. Highly recommend!!

Attended the Health & wellness department for a health screen. Fantastic service, the staff and nurse were very welcoming. My consultation with the doctor was 10/10 i felt listened to and was very happy with the service i received. will re book next year

Not sure why they don't answer, there's always an answerinh machine. You left a message and there is no call back. Even if you are lucky to talk with the secretary, nurses and doctors will never ring you back. I had a smear test and try to talk to nurse, I am calling over and over but seems everybody disappeared. This is not ok!!!

Had an executive screening with Charter Medical - thoroughly impressed. Staff were super pleasant and everything was very straight forward. Very informative and helpful!

The nurses and admin are sublime, so kind and so attentive. But if you value your mental health and your physical care - do not, under any circumstances see Dr King at this facility. Not only is she rude; she is histrionic, dismissive, disrespectful and ill-equipped to do her job in general. Dr King had me leave the screening in tears, convinced that I was at death’s door. Said that I should go into a cardiac EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT because my BP reading was elevated. ELEVATED - not high. She also didn’t perform a part of the test that was in the screening and got her back up when I requested it be done. €400 screening with a discount from my insurance mind you. When I spoke to her again she made absolutely no apology, gaslit me to the nth degree and quite literally said “Sorry that you perceived it that way”. I’ll be sending this review along to my insurer as well.

Five stars for charter medical Smithfield, I had a fantastic experience at this clinic. The staff were very friendly and attentive they took the time to listen to me and my concerns and explained everything very clearly. Would visit again !!!
