I don't know why there is a phone number when it's never answered. If your 2 mins late, your appointment is gone but you are left sitting there for hrs at times but that's ok. I get quicker answer by email

This is a great health centre with great doctors and staff, But for making appointments it's a pain especially for older generations who can't get through the email, luckily I'm here for my parent , but what about the people who have nobody and need an appointment, They should have a phone line for the over 50,s or 60,s.. then I'd rate them 4-5 ⭐.🤞

I am happy with this practice. Both of my daughters have been seen by doctors and nurses here and have been well looked after. Yes, the waiting times may be sometimes longer than expected but from my experience with doctors youll never be seen on time. Receptionists are nice and helpful, all my phone calls always answered never any problem with any appointments.

Shocking! No standard of care, no duty of care, if your unlucky enough to be seen by Dr Ward. My dog gets better treatment with the vet. Dr Ward had no interpersonal skills and I wouldn't even allow her to treat my dog. She should reconsider her life choices and perhaps look at a non caring profession.

Going to them all my life with crippling anxiety and only ever prescribe me anti psychotics and anti depressants which none work because I’m not skitzophranic or depressed nothing has worked so far except for sleeping tablets that worked and they only ever gave them to me for one week. Haven’t slept in weeks this doctors failed me completely and it should be shut down asap.

This place never answers phones even when your standing beside them. 3 appointments I made and when I went down there they hadn't got my appointment

This place is a absolute joke it needs to be shut down an opened with all new staff especially the receptionist's they do not do their jobs atal 41 times I have tried to ring an this is not the first time it's a constant pattern!! Such a run down place for 2022 if you are willing to wait 3-4 weeks for an appointment an never get a answer on the phones an treated so badly by receptionist when you go into surgery this is the place!!
