⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing GP Practice
I just want to say how great staff in this GP surgery is. Every time I go in, the reception team are friendly, patient, and always willing to help, nothing ever feels like too much trouble.
The nurses are lovely too.They explain everything in a really clear, calm way and make you feel comfortable, even when you’re nervous.
All GP's are brilliant. They actually listen, take their time, and make you feel looked after, not rushed.
Honestly, the whole team is fantastic. It’s so reassuring to have a practice that genuinely cares. Thanks to everyone there for all that you do!
Great GP’s and nurses. The staff always pleasant and will go above and beyond. I want to say a special thanks to Ciara who helped me with my complex query recently i really appreciate the help and effort.
Always have great experience here. GP’s are great and the front desk staff are helpful and kind. Very convenient that you can book appointments online.
This is a true story, there is no code of ethics with these doctors, Ciara thinks shes the doctor shes the rudest most ignorant person ive ever spoken too, Simone the clinic manager thinks she owns the place, the staff on desk tell you put questions in emails to doctor then this thing writes to you refrain from emailing 😡 Dr Alicia Iguaran & Dr Enala Asajile are 2 faced and care very little about patients, centrichealth is all about money but the doctors remove patients on medical card panel on the say so of office staff who don’t actually know you or what you look like and when doctors are confronted they don’t know what is happening 😡😡
Been with this practice for more than 15 yrs and every time it's a pain getting an appointment,no one answers the phone or the line is kept busy. Recently had to ring 5 times to get a sick cert sorted.Doctors are good but the admin staff needs to be more efficient.
Went to the gp to ask about contraceptive options it would have been nice to know they do not fit the iud, nor will other places accept their scripts so if you want the iud go elsewhere so you don't have to do 2 separate consult appointments before you can actually have it inserted on a third appointment it's a piss take
