I first attended Shane at the Better Life Clinic with crippling chronic knee pain in both knees following various injuries. I had reached the point where I was unable to run or train. After just one session, the difference in my knees was unbelievable and after a few more treatments I was back running and training and able to compete in Hyrox.
I also attended Debs for lymphatic drainage I lost half a stone in 5 days. The results were fantastic!

I started going to Debs in the Better Life Clinic back in November. Originally I was looking to try a lymphatic drainage massage for some joint pain I was having. Debs was very informative from the very start and the massage worked wonders for me. I was also experiencing issues with my skin at the time that wouldn’t budge and I mentioned this to Debs who suggested a lymphatic facial. I started doing regular lymphatic facials with Debs to see if that would help in any way. Over the last few months I’ve seen an incredible improvement in my skin and it’s all thanks to Debs. Debbie is absolutely amazing at what she does. She has been incredible in helping my mum manage her lymphoedema. Not only has she provided hands-on support, but she has also taken the time to properly educate my mum about her condition — explaining things even doctors hadn’t.
My mum has spent a fortune over the years on different weight loss products and programmes, trying everything with very little success. This is the first time she has lost such a significant amount of weight, and it’s all thanks to Debbie’s guidance and support.

I was referred to Debs by a friend for lymphatic drainage massage. I was also suffering with a hialtus hernia. Debs has a wealth of knowledge and was very thorough with giving me a plan to ease symptoms and help me to such a degree I've had no symptoms in weeks just from altering diet.
