I wanted to leave a review for the reception staff. They are unbelievably helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them and it honestly makes such a difference when the first contact you have when contacting the practice is such a positive one. They always ensure to call back in a timely manner with updates/info and they are without fail so courteous and helpful.

Great experience attending the women’s health menopause clinic in Bedford. I feel really listened too. The nurse was lovely and experienced and Dr Khei was very professional. I will tell my friends

The doctors are great and really helpful, I’ve been using this practice since a child and when they were still on the fair green. I have never had any problems with the doctors

Reception staff are very efficient and polite and were able to set up my new patient profile on the same day I submitted my forms. Booking an appointment on the website was seamless and Dr Muhammad Abdullah was brilliant during the application. Very happy with the care I received.

My son attended Dr.Maguire yesterday for surgery on both his big toe nails. From start to finish it was such a smooth process. Dr.Maguire,his practice nurse and both ladies on reception were just fantastic. So lovely to chat to amd made my son very much at ease. *Update * Less than 6 months after surgery both my sons toenails have grown back wrong and are ingrown again. Sadly no follow up appointments were offered to check the healing or assess for any infections. I made contact to be told that Dr.Maguire will see him again. A call from his receptionist today to book him in and to be told that it will cost €280 consultation fee just to assess him as I stated that I don't want to put him through that again. Am utterly disgusted with the level of aftercare or lack of aftercare should i say. All about money at this stage. So highly disappointed after having an initially great experience.

I have to add to my review. This is the worst of the worst clinics ever! My child is very sick and can't get any appointments like NEVER . Keep checking before Xmas and there was not one all for weeks. Not even a phone call appointment. This place is a joke ! No phone lines no responses to email no responses to messages on the portal. How can a doctor can have delay of over an hour it's beyond me. Also ringing patients for call consultation Friday 8pm its a big no no when call was meant to happen 1st thing in the morning.

Very disappointing service when trying to get an appointment! I found a lump in my 4yr old sons neck, there were no appointments online for a month but rang to see if they could squeeze me in due to my fear and was rudely told ‘I can see the same thing you can on the website’ and then they proceeded to tell me to just ring at 9am every morning to see if something becomes free 🙄 Another time my son had vomiting and diarrhea for a week, after going to see them twice over this period they just kept telling me to give calpol and neurofen, I ended up going to the doc on call and was sent to a&e immediately!! The doc on call and everyone who seen us in the hospital were appalled they done nothing for him! Then when I tried to register my newborn there for her vaccines they refused her as I wasn’t a patient with them and they didn’t care that my son was. My husband rang back a few days later and they took her as he was on their system, however, they won’t link her to my sons account for me to access only my husbands account 🙄

Have been attending here since birth and my family before me. Was a great practice when in Bedford Place. Now it’s horrendous!!! Nearly have to make an appt to be sick!!!! Can’t get a same day appointment and don’t even try requesting your usual doctor!! Receptionists are always changing and with so many of them there you would think the place should run like clockwork. All about the money!!!!! Don’t even have masks if you forget yours, go to the chemist and buy one!!
