I had an amazing experience for my balance assessment. The technology was fascinating. Sandra was very caring and professional and explained every step of the process. To receive the outcome at the end of the test was very welcomed. Explained simply and precisely. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs a diagnosis, guidance and reassurance. My 5 years old had his audiology assessment few weeks ago and it was a positive experience. All the tests were kids friendly and designed as games. The assesser then took me through the results and expalined evrything in a very clear and concise words.

The team at Beacon Audiology are nothing but incredible. My son was seen quickly and he was referred to a specialist even quicker due to severity. We were so well looked after any my son was comfortable during the entire test.
