If I could give 0 stars I would. I used to be a patient at this practice for years. I had been prescribed a higher dose of medications by my psychiatrist, they sent this via note to this GP practice, I call them they say nothing came in.. then i call the Psychiatrist and they inform me that it was indeed sent. The GP practice asks me to get the psychiatrist to resend them the prescription via mail, i do so. Then they tell me they don't have the time to check which email it was sent to ( as they have 6 apparently) so i had to ring the psychiatrist again to find out which email they sent the prescription to. Each time a new receptionist would pick up that would give me different advice. I had to make 12 back-and-forth phone calls because this GP practice LOST my perception and wasn't bothered to check or follow up. When they finally got the email they claimed no details of medication were on it and told me to come in for an appointment. i decided to go to another GP practice because i didn't want to give them any more of my money. The psychiatrist showed me the email he sent and it did indeed detail my new dose so they were either incompetent and overlooked it or wanted me to come in so I'd spend 60 euro for a useless 5 minute appointment. That was not an isolated experience but by far my worst one. The receptionists are rude and let the phone ring as they chat, you can see it from the waiting room. No wonder they have posters all over their practice asking patients not to abuse the staff, you'd go crazy with the way they handle patients in this practice. Listen to all of the negative reviews, they are there for a reason.
the worst experience i’ve ever had with doctors,person ahead of me was in there nearly over an hour yet i went in and was rushed out the door in 5 mins by a doctor who felt a lump i was very concerned about told me straight up “i am sick with so and so..” and never gave me anything too treat it,prices for an appointment have gone up and i couldn’t even ask a second question as i was told it’s too busy i have too leave with a smile on his face! following up then i was seriously unwell for 4 days and rang multiple times just too get a prescription as i was in agony and was told they are too busy which was a friday so i was left waiting until the next week too get anything off them which i never got i had too attend a whole different doctors for medication as i was too unwell. I have also been waiting on a follow up for a scan nearly 5 months now *privately* and i had too go back too get bloods taken a second time as they were tampered with. never again will i attend here so rude and rushed as a young concerned person about my own health.
Having dealt with different doctors I can confidently say... they just don't care. Making an appointment is a saga in itself, but once you walk through the doors it's a whole new level. Dismissive, patronising and completely indifferent, they will fob you off to get the next one in, they give no answers and unless it's something like a sore throat you're left to work things out yourself. I don't know how they're even allowed to operate
Terribly long waiting times. On the 14th of January I tied to make an appointment for my son and they can’t see him till the 28th. When you try to phone them at 12 you can’t because they’re closed 2 hours for break and reopen at 2pm. I’m not sure how many patients this place has in a day but they’re extremely slow. The secretaries go on as though they’re doing you a big favour by giving you an appointment with their obnoxious attitudes. Terrible place, obviously not enough doctors leaving people waiting 2 weeks + for an appointment… it’s ridiculous. The place is so bad they shouldn’t be allowed to operate. I’ll be making a complaint as should all the other people that are having problems with this place.
Try to get my results 3 days now after receiving a call 3 days ago saying I'll get a call that day most of the receptionists are nice and good but MY GOD when you get one of the bad one's it's like a comedy sketch from little Britain.. iv experienced being handed a letter or receipt and when you reach out to take it she was moving her hand back so I couldn't reach to being told come back in the morning and it will be ready and then being told take a seat it's not ready.. Awaiting a call Days now from Dr Justina nice lady but not great listener and communication can be difficult..

Got the call from the Dr she read the report to me in it's clinical terms I said I don't understand the reply was I'll leave it at the counter for you to pick up.
I collected and could not understand it called again got to speak to the Manager who said understandably I'm not clinically trained and can't explain it, I asked to speak to anyone who can explain it and the response was I'll get the same doctor to call you back.. and I don't know when that will be might not even be today! I said I'm going to put this review up on your site.. Manager (Leanne) said you do that if you wish too.. waiting 3 days to have results explained and after paying so much money for this treatment. ?
After calling affidea and explaining the above and that I called 6 times prior speaking to"L"
They could not believe I wasn't called inn and fully explained to so they called on my behalf (while putting me on hold)and I did got a call from Another Dr who spoke perfectly fine and explained the results..

L.....e The Manager rang me the following day saying 'I got another doctor to call you' after saying the day before 'no other doctor will call you only the same 1....

5 weeks later my job informs me of no payments due to me being given the wrong Social Welfare form. Called and relayed this told to call down after 4pm for New form then when I did go down a blank form handed over to me so I could have called down anytime.
Every time I get sick at this clinic, I have to wait a week or two to get an appointment. If I start calling at 8:55, I have to wait at least half an hour or an hour before they answer the phone. It's really frustrating and annoying. If you are sick, you should go to a big hospital for emergency treatment. If you wait for this clinic, it will definitely not work.🥲🥲
My experiences on many different occasions are bad. For example
Monday morning 09:31 I am trying to book appointment. Minimum 45
min waiting time to get through and receive information" no appointments available". With flu like symptoms
I have been offered to see doc next week on Thursday or go to Drogheda to Cottage Hospital after 6pm. Sounds comical but it isn't if you in pani with sciatica or you have other problems Do I need to travel toTurkey to see GP.
I have been a patient at this medical center for many years, each time seeking help for worsening symptoms. They typically perform a small blood test and then do nothing. You’re lucky if they even share the results with you, and when they do, it's often vague. "The blood is fine, so you are fine," completely ignoring the long list of symptoms that have been getting worse. Then you ask some questions, and the doctor only realise then that part of the results are missing... Did they actually look at them before? Go elsewhere if you can! On one visit, the doctor appeared sicker than I was and made no sense—that was the final straw. And the staff... being on the phone for 30 minutes waiting for the call to be picked up, listening to the message again and again, and having to give up and drive there to book an appointement... really? and when you get there, the phone is ringing and they are ignoring it, having a useless chat...
