I’ve attended other clinics in the past but didn’t achieve the results I was hoping for. My experience at Arasys Clinic has been completely different. From the first appointment, the team were professional, knowledgeable and genuinely attentive. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable and well looked after throughout the process. The clinic itself is immaculate and has a very welcoming atmosphere. Most importantly, I’m so happy with my results. I had laser hair removal in Arasays and I was happy with all the treatment until my last session when the therapist burnt my face with the laser. But these things happen. What irritated me most is that I emailed them the following day asking for advice about the burn (products to avoid etc) and got no reply. I emailed them again 5 days later and was ignored again. Im going to have to go elsewhere now for my top up sessions.
I went into Arasys recently to get a lash lift. I was nervous as I never got anything like this done before. When I went in I met Rachel she was a breath of fresh air, talked me through everything that was going to be done and talked to me while I was getting the treatment. She made me feel completely at ease as she was so friendly. I will def return and highly recommend Rachel to anyone who is going here :)
I have been receiving laser hair removal in Arasys on and off for years , and am back now getting my top up done. I haven’t needed a top up in over a year as the results from my last sessions were phenomenal. I have been to other salons in Cork and Limerick in previous years and no where compared to the results I have gotten at Arasys. Ann Marie is a perfectionist and all the girls there are super friendly and welcoming. If you want results for your money this is the place to go x
