I had a really positive experience in the hospital thanks to Dr Diksha Keyes . She was attentive, patient, and genuinely listened to everything I had to say. I felt respected and well cared for. Blood tests also done in the next 10 minutes.Highly recommend.

You can rely on Alfa Medics with complete confidence. After being redirected from one GP to another over the phone, this was the only place that welcomed me — and they did so in less than 48 hours. The consultation was carried out with exceptional professionalism, warmth, and understanding. All you have to do is ask, and you immediately receive clear answers and practical solutions to your concerns. While another clinic scheduled my blood test for July, here I was seen without an appointment. And whereas elsewhere it took three days for someone to find a vein, here the entire process took just one minute. I also received plenty of guidance and encouragement throughout. I wholeheartedly recommend Alfa Medics.

--- 5 Stars – Couldn’t ask for better I was really unwell and called into the surgery hoping for a doctors To fit me in last minute .The reception staff were so kind I got to see the nurse fist and then the doctor.the lady doctor took time to listen and sort me out properly. I’m really grateful they went out of their way to help. Thank you for the Exceptional care when I needed . The receptionist was incredibly understanding and managed to squeeze me in , It’s rare to find a surgery that still goes the extra mile. I’m so grateful they helped me .Would 100% recommend to anyone in Dublin. Honestly can’t thank them enough. You don’t realise how much it means until you’re unwell and someone actually helps. Top class surgery. ---

I had a problem with lipomas on my head, and unfortunately one of them became infected. I was treated by Dr. Angela Parvu, an exceptional professional who treated me with great competence and resolved my problem. I want to thank not only the doctor, but the entire clinic team, and especially the secretary Kezia, who helped me with the English with great patience. Thank you very much!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I’ve called for book some cortison/Ialuronic acid injections for complete the cicle I initiated with my orthopaedic in my home country. I clarified ,at first, I was looking for an orthopedic which could have performed this injections on the same way I was doing so far. They book me the appointment conscious of what I was looking for 50 euros in advance. When I showed up at the appointment, I discovered that they book me an appointment with a GP that, in comparison with them,It’s been super honest try to ask for my refund at the reception since he could not at any stage help me . The best he could do was to refer me to an orthopaedic, service that i could do directly with my own GP for a cheaper price, so no point in booking this appointment. On the ground of this reasoning,I asked for the refund at the reception since they didn’t perform any type of service and CLEARLY was an error performed by the receptionist interviewing me. They ask me to wait for the response of the menager for having back the money for the booking. After two weeks that I didn’t hear anything from them, I called them back and basically they said to me they had listening back the conversation (which they never being authorised to be recorded) that the receptionist explained to me clearly that maybe the GP could have performed to me just the cortison injections, so it was MY FAULT that I didn’t understand the service they could provide to me. Basically their profesional profile worths as much as that 50 euros of charge for booking the appointment. In present times, where some people in Ireland could not afford, sadly, even to eat throughout all the month, that 50 euros could be very pivotal. Absolutely disgraceful!

I am so grateful for the outstanding care I recently receive at Alfa Medics. I recently had a health issue, and once again, the entire team was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process. From every interaction I've had, the reception staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which always puts me at ease. They are efficient and consistently go out of their way to assist. Dr. Parvu was incredibly thorough. She took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a GP.

It took 1 hour after the appointment and I finally got in. The doctor lady ask to search and read together over the internet the symptoms and treatment plan wich is ridiculous, I could do it myself at home and save some bucks. Then I realize that all the positive feedback was left by friends, relatives or people of the same nationality(romanian and moldavian mostly). Needless to say, it constantly gave me the feeling that she was waiting for time to pass to get rid of me.
