A very clean, organized, and professional clinic. There is a spacious free car park in front of the building. Simply mention at the reception that you’re here for Affidea. They are located on the ground floor, immediately visible as you enter the building. I had an MRI scan here. They contacted me following my doctor’s referral. I scheduled my appointment online, and later needed to change the date. I emailed the relevant address and they got back to me within a couple of days to reschedule.
Before the MRI, they sent me all the necessary information via email and provided the consent form online, which made the process much easier. After the MRI, they sent me a registration link, and I was able to access my results by creating an account through their free app or on their website.
I had a great experience on my visit.
The building is modern and spotlessly clean, and the staff are friendly and efficient.
From when I entered to when I left I had nothing but courtesy and help from everyone.Cannot fault the service or professionalism, however it does come with a financial cost.
Perfect example of how private medical treatment should operate.
I went on a Friday evening with knee problem. Was seen really quickly. I knew the likely problem, the nurse knew the problem . However the doctor ordered an x-ray that was unnecessary. Then he wanted to put on a hinged knee brace. They were both extra charges to me and the insurance company... It was a clear case for me of making money.
Saying that... I arrived at 7.05 pm, filled in the forms . Was seen , had an x-ray and on the way home
Within 50 mins. With an appointment for MRI 2 days later. Can't argue with that.
I went into northwood today to ask about an mri for my dad who is claustrophobic. I met the two ladies at reception, one was called Anna but I never got the other ladies name. The two ladies were absolutely amazing. They couldn’t have been more helpful, kind and understanding. They went as far as getting a radiographer to call my dad to ease his anxiety.

Brought my husband here with a cut that needed a stitch, the doctor would not do it as my husband felt faint. I think most people would feel faint and have low blood pressure after a deep cut and it being poked at. Had to spend 12 hours in a&e instead for a single stitch. Doctors at hospital advised they always do this take your money and ship you off to an already congested a&e
This is a great facility. From the moment you check in the staff are wonderful. The service is fast and professional. I'm always very confident that I'll get good care.
From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the service at Affidea. The receptionist was welcoming and very polite, setting a positive tone right away. The doctor who performed my whole spine X-ray was outstanding. They were not only professional and efficient but also had a wonderful, communicative approach. They explained everything clearly and even managed to lighten the mood with some jokes. It made the whole process much more relaxed and enjoyable. The entire experience was great—fast, efficient, and delivered with genuine care. A big thank you to the team there!!!
I advise affidea to recheck the staff in reception doing there job properly or not
There is an old lady working in reception
She gave me an mri date and was not recorded on system
I had to to another appointment with them after 4 weeks waiting for first appointment
Also there customer service very rude
