Found the dentists and care to be quite good but trying to book an appointment has been a nightmare. Was told first available appointment after a cancellation was 5 weeks away then called to confirm the appointment a couple days beforehand and was told there was no appointment made after speaking to the receptionist over phone. Next appointment would be another 6 weeks. Went elsewhere and was booked in for 5 days time. Disappointed in the organisation and service availability ultimately.
I contacted this clinic with an urgent issue – my implant healing abutment had come out and needed simple reinsertion.
I was told they could not assist due to system incompatibility and was advised to return to the original clinic abroad.
Given the urgency, I sought help elsewhere in Limerick and was seen the same day. The issue was resolved within minutes by an implantologist, without complications.
While I understand a cautious approach, I was disappointed that no attempt was made to assess or assist in what was a time-sensitive and straightforward situation.
I expected more flexibility and support
I’ve been going to 3Dental for the last 3 years, visiting their Limerick & Dublin branch. Paul & his team are nothing short of amazing - there is no detail overlooked. From the girls at the front desk, to all the dental staff/surgeons/etc, I can’t recommend them highly enough, the level of service & care is unmatched. Paul is the only dentist I’ve ever felt comfortable with and he has helped me achieve a gorgeous smile I’m proud of! 🥹 I can’t recommend them enough.
Excellent service! Managed to squeeze me in last minute as I had bit of emergency . Super friendly receptionist and lovey knowledgeable dentist Dr. Alba who sorted out me in no time . Even received follow up call next day making sure everything is ok . 100% recommendations . Also prices very affordable and competitive
