The Touching Life birth preparation courses were great, Anastasia is very knowledgeable, and gives important tips and anecdotes for the pregnancy and postpartum process. She involves the partners alot too, letting them know how they can best give support.

I had a great experience with Anastasia’s birth preparation courses! She is truly professional and has strong scientific knowledge. The breathing techniques snd pain relief methods she taught are really helpful. I highly recommend her to any expecting couple!

Truly grateful to have come across Touching Life on this journey. Anastasia is incredibly knowledgeable, has a clear and warm way of communicating, and really loves her job. My partner and i, had a Five-Week Birth Preparation classes with Anastasia. It is our first baby ,so we didn’t have much knowledge about newborn care,breastfeeding,prenatal massage, but thanks to her guidance we learned so much and now we feel much more confident.During the classes, she created a very supportive environment where we felt free to ask any questions. She is an incredible midwife, birth course lecturer, doula, and lactation consultant — truly one of a kind. Not only is she exceptionally knowledgeable and supportive, but she is also such a warm and kind person. I feel so grateful to have met her and to have received her help during such an important time in my life.
