In 2023 heb ik een Bellse parese gehad die helaas niet vanzelf herstelde. Ik had erg veel last van naverschijnselen zoals synkineses, pijn en een tranend oog. Er is in de 'gewone' geneeskunde geen behandeling beschikbaar dus ik ben blij dat ik de kliniek in Rotterdam heb gevonden. Ik vond het een beetje spannend om er heen te gaan, maar ik ben erg blij dat ik het heb gedaan. Er wordt ruim de tijd voor je genomen en uitgelegd waar de symptomen vandaan komen. De behandeling is een flinke tijdsinvestering waarbij je veel zelf thuis moet doen. Maar het helpt wel echt! Mijn gezicht is niet meer zoals het was als voor de verlamming, maar de naverschijnselen zijn wel nagenoeg verdwenen. Ik kan de behandeling van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die met naverschijnselen van een gezichtsverlamming rond loopt.
Ik ben erg blij dat ik deze kliniek heb ontdekt zo’n 10 jaar geleden. De kliniek wordt gerund door dokter Elena Pashova en haar man Alex Pashova. Ik heb erg veel baat gehad bij de behandelingen en trainingen van dokter Elena Pashova, ik ben voor een groot deel hersteld zowel fysiek als mentaal, ik ben haar hiervoor erg dankbaar. Mijn gezicht ziet er beter en rustiger uit en de spierkrampen en aangezichtspijnen zijn zo goed als verdwenen. Ook de trainingen die ik van Alex Pashova heb gekregen om de synkinesieën te leren beheersen en om te buigen hebben mij veel goed gedaan. Ik ben erg dankbaar dat ik deze deskundige maar ook lieve mensen heb leren kennen.
Pure oplichting. Ze vragen prijzen van 250 tot 500 per sessie. Wat krijg je voor dit geld? Een massage onder een dekentje en plaatjes van vlinders mee naar huis??? Als je na 5 behandelingen aangeeft er niet veel baat bij te hebben en “hoe gaat dit me van m’n klachten helpen” worden ze gelijk erg defensief en mag je het pand verlaten. Maar eerst nog wel even betalen. (Klassiek geval. VEEL GELD VERDIENEN AAN LEED)
Elena en haar medewerkers zijn kundige, betrokken en gepassioneerde mensen die zelfs hele oude Bell's Palsy's weer in gang kunnen zetten. Wanneer ik nu in de spiegel kijk, zie ik iemand die ik herken! Dankzij de bevrijdende stimulatie van de spieren en de doordachte breintraining.
Two years ago, my life changed overnight when I was diagnosed with Bell's palsy caused by Ramsay Hunt syndrome. It was one of the most difficult experiences of my life. I lost my smile, my confidence, and, at times, even my hope. Although I gradually recovered to some extent, I was left with facial weakness, synkinesis, tightness, discomfort, and the constant reminder of what I had been through. I had almost accepted that this was as good as it was ever going to get.

Crystal Touch’s first module online rehabilitation program is perfect for people living outside of Europe. It was perfect for me because I couldn’t afford to travel from the United States to the Netherlands. The zoom calls with my facilitator Jana were so convenient. Jana’s teaching sessions were detailed and the facial exercises were described in a thorough manner so that I could practice these exercises on my own. I especially loved the detailed facial images so I could refer back to them and memorize them! Jana was kind, funny, engaging, patient, empathetic and positive. She made sure that I understood why we were doing certain exercises and answered any and all of my questions. Jana helped me to feel hopeful again. As the sessions continued, when I was astonished by my progress, she just kept encouraging me to continue further for even greater leaps and bounds in my facial progress and symmetry!
I am extremely satisfied with the results of my face and I know my future face will look more and more symmetrical thanks to Jana at Crystal Touch. I have more facial movement, symmetry and love the way I look in the mirror. Best of all, I feel no more aching facial pain! That old palsy pain is miraculously gone! I now have my confidence back after three long years of wondering if I would ever look like myself again! I will be forever grateful for the work of your practice for the betterment of people’s lives that fall prey to Bell’s Palsy and Synkinesis. I once had a surgeon in the states say to me that there was no hope for the dimpling of my chin without surgery. And now just a mere 6 months later, the chin dimples are almost gone thanks to Jana and her knowledge of muscle movement!
