Hyvin toimii mutta kannattaa olla erityisen tarkkana Terveystalon lahjakorttien kanssa! Sain syntymäpäivälahjaksi laajan laboratoriopaketin. Tämä arvokas lahjakortti kuitenkin vanheni jo muutaman kuukauden kuluttua. Oletin että olisi sentään ollut vuoden voimassa, kuten lienee aika yleinen käytäntö. Olisi myös ollut hienoa jos määräpäivän umpeutumisesta olisi ilmoitettu etukäteen.
Kävin sitten tilannetta läpi heidän asiakaspalvelunsa kanssa. Päädyimme onneksi lopulta kumpaakin osapuolta tyydyttävään loppuratkaisuun.
Potilastietojen keskenään sekoittamista sekä potilastietojen luovutusta ulkopuolisille tahoille (lainvastaista toimintaa). Epäselvä ja epäpätevä asiakaspalvelu sekä mm. laskutus ulkoistettu jollekkin ruotsalaisfirmalle, jonka kanssa kommunikaatio on terveystalon osalta minimaalista.
I became ill (and contagious) and had to cancel my appointment less than 24 hours before it was scheduled. When cancelling, I clearly stated the reason in the comments. Later, I received an invoice for the full price of the visit. Communication with the sales department did not help.
I am confident the healthcare professional was able to use the freed time slot productively. Charging 100% of the fee unconditionally, regardless of circumstances, is clearly disproportionate to the actual loss incurred by Terveystalo. This policy feels unreasonable and driven by corporate greed rather than patient and personnel care.
Loyalty takes time to build — and it was just lost.
Full service occupational health care are provided here. Easily accessible in Eastern Pasila. Disabled are considered, too, although halls in the premises are rather narrow. Very kind service starting at the reception. Also very professional service. Electronically prescriptions are provided, as well as laboratory services.
