Kiitos Hanna Pohjanen superista päivystyshoidosta! Todella mukava ja sydämellinen hammaslääkäri. Itselläni ei kummempaa hammaslääkäripelkoa ole, mutta luulen, ettei jänittäjälle parempaa tekijää löytyisikään :) Olen pari kertaa käynyt täällä, ja yleisestikin tosi mukavat tilat ja ystävällinen henkilökunta.

A nurse booked an appointment for me but did not send me the booking detail and confirmation via email or text msg. And They asked me paying 77e for missing the appointment. I called custumer service and it took me 2 attempts to other terveystalo departments to contact them. they said their IT department had sent an email for me, but when I ask them to show proof of the message. They ignored me. Even though I send them proof of not receiving any email from them. They still ignored me. Worst service ever in Finland!

All perfect, I enjoyed my visit a lot! Very kind and attentive staff, very friendly and attentive doctors who listened to me and adviced what's best for me. Totally recommend! I will continue using your services
