Käynti hammashygienistin luona sujui ongelmitta, ajan sai nopeasti ja palvelu oli ammattimaista. Oma kokemus oli oikein onnistunut ja mukava, suosittelen. Huomioi, että Google Maps ohjaa väärään osoitteeseen, jos etsit Terveystalon Iso Omenan hammaslääkäripalveluun, joten tarkista varauksesi kunnolla, jos siinä puhutaan C-tornista, niin tämä sisäänkäynti on C-tornissa, josta pääsee hammaslääkäriasemalle, Piispansillan puolelta.

Työterveyshuoltoni on ollut Iso-Omenan Terveystalossa viimeiseti 5 vuotta, jolloin käyntejä on kertynyt arviolta 15-20, mutta täällä C-tornissa on tarvinnut käydä vain pari kertaa, eikä palvelussa ole ollut mitään valittamista

Kävin tänä.aamuna Omenan Terveystalossa. Olen erittäin tyytymätön lääkärin toimintaan: näpytteli tietokonetta, ei juuri katsonut potilasta eikä jaksanut kirjottaa resepteihin ohjeita annostuksesta vaan kirjoitti ne käsin. En oikein saanut selvää! 80 euroa on kyllä törkeä hinta n. 10 minuutin vastaanotosta. Jos yksityispuolella on tälläistä niin pysyn taatusti kunnallisella puolella!

Erittäin hyvää toimintaa mukavalta hammaslääkäriltä (Sampo). Voisi sanoa että melkein nautti hammasääkärillä käynnistä, vaikka puudutettiin, porattiin ja paikattiin kolme hammasta yhdellä käynnillä.

Terrible service. I came to the dentist with a persistent pain in one of my tooth. I explained I have a consistent pain and itchiness and that I don't know what has caused of it. She then gave a quick glance and spotted an abrasion on my palate which I explained I accidentally did when flossing with the silicone floss because of the unbearable itchiness I felt the night before. She then said that the itchiness must be because of the abrasions, on which I then again explained that the abrasion was made *because* of this itchiness and pain; the little cut was the result not the cause of my pain. She didn't pay attention to that and repeated her statement concluding that sometimes teeth pain are caused by other problems in the body and that I should think positive and the pain might go away. ......... The dental check-up took 1min while the whole appointment took a total of 10min. I was sent away with the head throbbing pain and a receipt of €100. I was speechless after the appointment at Terveystalo and was left wondering how is it possible that a dentist can suggest other possible causes before first ruling out all the possible dental causes. The woman dentist whom I was very unlucky to go to, showed no interest in her work and neither respect for her patients. Luckily the next dentist from another private practice I went to, found out that my pain was caused by a filling done wrongly.

Dental service is good. My 5-y son wasn’t scared at all. I will only say one thing: do not trust the language skills of a doctor if it is not Finnish/English/Swedish. They specifically chose a doctor on the other side of the city, so that it would be more convenient for my son to speak with the doctor in his native language. But, unfortunately, the doctor could only say a few words in our language.
