I had a disappointing experience at the store today. I went to pick up my contact lens trial ordered by Elisa,who is always a compassionate and friendly professional. However, Elisa wasn't there, and a lady with short blond hair attended to me. She seemed unfamiliar with my situation and asked many questions,I understand that she was just being cautious because she was dealing with her colleague's client ,but during the whole process she was always asking me things with doubting tone, it literally made me feel like I was being "interrogated",and I felt very uncomfortable.When I asked her to adjust my frame, she did helped me with it,and I appreciated it. I instinctively pointed out a small crack which I never noticed before on it,I didn't really think she caused it, but her serious response "Don't ask me about it,I only did the screw" with unnecessarily aggressive tone. Overall, I felt very uncomfortable with the experience today. I didn't like the service attitude of this lady, and I prefer to communicate with Elisa only in the future.
