Henkilökunta mukavaa, mutta viihtyvyyteen voisi panostaa. Esim odotustilassa istuessa oikealla puolella television volyymitaso suurehkolla ja vasemmalta puolelta käytävällä radio aivan liian kovalla aiheuttaen stressaantuneen mielentilan äänisekamelskasta johtuen. Odotustilan kuuluisi olla rauhoittava alue, ainakin lääkäriin mentäessä.

10 stars. Really good and efficient service. Receptionist is polite and nice, doctor is good and thorough, lab is efficient. Small lab for basic tests, other tests will need to be done elsewhere. Have had a good experience every single time I am there. Also, most of the staff is proficient in English which is a big plus for non-Finnish speaking patients or tourists.

Went for eye check up on 11.05.2023. The doctor was kind and checked me,but couldn't figure out what causes the redness of my eye. So he sent me to HUS eye clinic,from where I was diagnosed,given sick leave and given medication. Few days later I receive bill from Mehiläinen for 95.80eu!! I was neither diagnosed,nor given medicine or anything!!! First thing to do is send it to Helsinki Sanomat,next thing is to press charges in court. Not paying this money for 5 min check and no diagnose!! Small update. So now I received 40eu bill from HUS as well,which is pretty fair. And now I have to pay two bills for same check!! One bill of 90 EU from incompetent doctor,and another 40eu for the competent doctor I was sent to. Unbelievable!! Outrageous!! I don't understand how this company can get away with such scams!!
