Effroyable, 3 tentatives 3 échecs et un personnel douteux. La dernière médecin, de l'est m'a traité sans aucune empathie. Une expérience tellement horrible que j'ai mis 2 ans à m'en remettre et presque abandonné. Business is business rien de plus. Même système que la Stork klinik des embryons limites, voir de très mauvaise qualité mais une fois payés aucune considération pour les patientes. Ai quitté cette clinique en grande souffrance sans aucun accompagnement.
La Clinique VITANOVA a été merveilleuse avec mon épouse et moi. Le personnel est bienveillant, réactif, à l'écoute. La prise en charge est excellente, tout comme le suivi à distance. Je recommande bien évidemment.

I am a single woman in my 30s who pursued IVF treatment at Vitanova. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely distressing and resulted in significant physical pain, emotional distress, and loss of trust in the clinic.
During my cycle, I learned that Vitanova does not offer or utilize many technologies and treatment options commonly available at other fertility clinics, such as EmbryoScope or time-lapse monitoring, AI-assisted embryo grading, pre-stimulation priming, hormone level monitoring during stimulation, dual-trigger protocols, Zymot sperm selection, calcium ionophore, or individualized protocol adjustments. My cycle followed a standard, uniform protocol, which in my opinion did not reflect personalized care.
My IVF cycle resulted in significantly fewer blastocysts than would typically be expected for a healthy woman in her early 30s. When I contacted the clinic multiple times by phone and email requesting an explanation and a detailed embryology report, I did not receive one. The only response I was given was that my outcome was “a fair result.” My follow-up requests were not addressed, leaving me confused and distressed.
During stimulation, I experienced severe pain in the days leading up to egg retrieval and was repeatedly told this was normal. During egg retrieval, I remained fully awake and was provided morphine, yet still experienced significant pain and emotional distress. I did not receive meaningful follow-up afterward to explain what occurred or to address my concerns.
Additionally, the Medical Director at the time, Grigorios Kalapotharakos, repeatedly addressed me by my last name during interactions, which I personally found uncomfortable and unprofessional.
Because my trust in the clinic had been fundamentally compromised, I made the decision to move my embryos to another clinic in a different country. Several months later, I pursued IVF at a clinic that utilized modern laboratory technology, individualized protocols, pre-stimulation priming, hormone monitoring during stimulation, EmbryoScope, PGT-A testing, and full sedation during egg retrieval. With this approach and a supportive medical and embryology team, I achieved significantly better outcomes, including multiple euploid blastocysts.
I am sharing my experience so others can ask informed questions, understand differences between clinics, and decide for themselves what level of care they want. This review reflects my personal experience; others may have different outcomes. I wish I had read more detailed patient accounts before choosing Vitanova.
Amazing service, honest feedback , friendly atmosphere. You always get a quick reply and follow up even you coming from abroad. We tried to conceive our second child for years. A year after our first contact with the clinic we got pregnant, while I became 44 years old. Today we have a healthy and charismatic baby girl. I never felt that I was given crazy amounts of hormones neither going through a awfully painful treatment for egg retrieval.Thanks Vitanova, I highly recommend this clinic.
We were delighted with our experience at vitanova. After 3 attempts, we were able to achieve a pregnancy without stimulation, all in a relaxed, pressure-free atmosphere. We feel like we're in a flat, without the medical equipment that would make us think of a hospital. We also really appreciated the support, which was very kind throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend this clinic (with a good level of English so as not to feel lost)

Si je devais remonter un point à améliorer, ce serait le suivi de nos échanges avec la clinique, nous avons eu un petit désagrément (dossier inversé avec une homonyme) qui a causé quelques moments de stresses. Mais tout cela s'est resolu rapidement.
Nous recommandons cette clinique, nous y retournons sans soucis.
