Fint sted på nogle punkter. MEN nogle af behandlerne kommer konsekvent altid for sent og er altid forsinket. Jeg forstår ikke at ledelsen accepterer dette. Kvaliteten af neglene svinger meget alt afhængig af hvilken behandler det er. Nogle får man konsekvent altid sår på hænderne eller file skader på huden. Det burde ikke være muligt af en professionel negletekniker.

Sød betjening, men mine negle er filet alt for korte og neglebånd er klippet for meget, så jeg er helt øm og rød efter 2 dage. Det har jeg aldrig prøvet andre steder, så vælger helt sikkert et andet sted næste gang

Natalie hviid beauty er verdens bedste beauty oase. Det eneste sted jeg vil få ordnet vipper,bryn og negle. Udover deres smukke resultater er det de sejeste kvinder der arbejder der.

At Nathalie Hviid there is room for all kinds of customers. I have a brain damage which gives me some trouble with my balance, so it was a bit scary for me to get up on the stand where you sit for toenail appointments. But Sally helped me out perfectly, no questions needed to be asked. I feel very welcome in this salon. They are super flexible with appointments, moving my already booked times with as little as 15 minutes just because I asked about it. My nails, lashes and brows have the perfect look for me and lasts a long time. I literally say stuff like “I want lashes like yours” or “I want to look natural, but fabulous” and they understand and give me what I want. I highly recommend Nathalie Hviid, they put a smile on my face.

Unfortunately the lack of hygiene in such luxurious place scares me. The tools used on me were dirty, not sterilized, not even disinfected. I'm not sure if the owner is not aware of health risks this may bring to her clients. Disgusting. The nails I got were pretty, but after one week they started peeling and after 2 weeks they are all lifted, every single one. When I entered the salon, the receptionist was busy with something in the computer (understandable) but I didn't even get a smile or a nod, acknowledging my presence there. Unfortunately I won't be returning to this place, and if you don't want to catch some bacteria and viruses on your nails, you shouldn't either.

They make very pretty nails and most of the staff is very nice and welcoming. However i have experienced not feeling that welcome by one of the staff members, once when i entered the shop, she stood at the computer and didn’t say hi or anything, she just stood there yawning, then called my name and that was that. I guess maybe she had a bad day, idk. But all in all it’s a fine place.

Very friendly and helpful service! I accidentally showed up at the wrong time, but Natalie was really kind when handling it and they still worked me into their schedule.
