If you are looking for purchasing dermalfillers I don't advise to come close to this company. They make your experience absolutely unpleasant, they really made me sick. They collected more data than tax office and medical inspectors together. It is really out of order. There are much better options on a market. I contacted with 2 companies with the same prices and experience was far more pleasant.

Have been ordering from Direct Derma Supplies ever since I have begun my career as an aesthetic nurse. The online booking service is extremely easy to use, their support network is also excellent. When ever I had a query, I was responded back to immediately. Products are always in stock and shipped really quickly. Also find prices very very competitive. 5 stars.

I really wanted to like this company and work with them in future! Unfortunately I am very disappointed. Before I ordered from this company I asked them if it’s safe to ship the package to US and I received positive answer. So I ordered the products and never received them. When I contacted them they told me that the packages they sent to US are in custom and being returned back to merchant with no reason,and when they receive the products they will make a refund. So I waited patiently about 5 months trying to communicate with them by email but they kept saying they’re waiting for the product so they can make a refund. I never received my money back as of today and like I mentioned, I really wanted to like this company. Never again! I would never recommend this company to anyone! Good company should support it’s Castomer and be responsible, but this people are trying to lie to me every time that they’re still waiting for the product and they can’t refund my money because of their company’s policy! What policy??? NO NO and again big NO to Direct Derma Supply.

Their customer service is always fenomenal, they have an online chat system with replies within seconds, I have been ordering from them for almost 2 years now, and within hours my order is shipped and arrived in 2 business days cross continents. I am very happy with my experience with Direct Derma Supplies. They are super efficient. The website is easy to navigate, the pricing is competitive and I get next day service to Ireland. I would highly recommend.

I have been using DDS for about 3 years now. I do not know the availability of products, so even if I have ordered products that is out of stock, they are able to make changes to the product I have purchased. I am not good at English, but they have always been very kind to me and I would like to continue using DDS. They have a wide variety of professional products and smooth shipping.
