Ordinaci jsem využila dvakrát, nejprve pro konzultaci a pak pro vlastní estetické ošetření. Můj zubní lékař nenabízí tuto službu, proto jsem se rozhodla pro Dr. Rafoth. Obě návštěvy byly naprosto nad moje očekávání, milý, klidný, vstřícný přístup, čas pro moje otázky, povídání, vysvětlení, hledání nejlepšího řešení. Další komunikace a konzultace přes e-mail, snaha vyjít maximálně vstříc. Samotný estetický zákrok plně profesionálně provedený. Jsem velice spokojená a mohu vřele doporučit.
Although Dr. Eric’s online profile had already set high expectations (which gave me the confidence to finally get a dentist appointment), I have to say that my experience during the visit exceeded them. He showed empathy and tailored his approach to my anxiety, making me feel completely relaxed and confident throughout the appointment. His expertise was evident throughout the entire process, and the results were surprisingly good. I would highly recommend Dr. Eric to anyone who experiences anxiety related to dentist visits.

I truly wish I could put more stars than 5. 🥹Dr. Eric and his assistant were amazing. I came in for a consultation and he knew exactly what I wanted and I came back for my cosmetic procedure three weeks later. Throughout the whole process he asked me if I liked what he was doing (checked after every tooth). I feel SO confident with my smile thanks to him. Everyone has said they look amazing!!! I recently had my wisdom teeth extracted at American Dentist, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The entire procedure was handled very professionally, and the staff made me feel comfortable and well cared for from start to finish. The extraction itself was surprisingly painless, and the work was done so well that my recovery has been very easy and fast. I truly appreciate the skill and professionalism of the team and would highly recommend American Dentist to anyone needing dental care.
I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Rafoth and Alena! I had just arrived in Prague when I woke up with one side of my face swollen from an infected tooth. Not knowing anyone here, let alone a dentist, I found Dr. Rafoth’s practice through Google reviews and decided to reach out. He was kind enough to fit me in for an emergency dental exam right away, and I was able to get the antibiotics I needed.
Being an American dentist immediately put me at ease, but what really stood out was his care and customer service to make sure I was taken care of. Alena helped me navigate the process of getting my antibiotics since pharmacies in Prague are different than in the US (its way easier in Prague I might add). I left feeling so relieved and grateful. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Rafoth highly enough!
My husband and I were on vacation. He started having issues with dental work he’d had recently in the states. Luckily, we found Dr Rafoth. I would highly recommend him. He was thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and had such a kind, gentle spirit. He literally saved our vacation. My husband felt better in hours. I wish we could find a dentist in the United States just like him.
