I recently went to Sarah for Botox and couldn't be happier with the experience. Everyone at the clinic was friendly and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. Sarah took the time to listen to what I wanted, talk through my options, and assess me as an individual. I never felt rushed, and she explained everything clearly. The results are exactly what I was hoping for – natural-looking, but still with a noticeable difference. Sarah also takes before & after photos, which was really reassuring and helped me see the results objectively. The clinic itself is lovely, and the reception staff are genuinely warm and friendly. I highly recommend Sarah and the clinic to anyone considering treatment, and I'll definitely be returning in the future.
Had cheek filler and Botox done by lovely consultant who has always done my Botox and can't fault her. The cheek fillers were placed too high and caused sunken eyes, I brought this up at my Botox top-up and was told it was the Botox which would wear off. Almost six months gone it hasn't I've had second opinion and told fillers placed too high. I filled out contact us and was contacted and told they would much prefer that I see their senior consultant as the previous consultant had left the company. I then received another call saying sorry we can't let you see the senior consultant it would need to be the one who originally done your treatment. I advised them I wasn't keen on this and told it's not down to Therapie the consultants are all self employed and rent rooms from them and they can't help as it would need to be the person themselves. I got another call saying yes you can see the senior consultant. Now as I'm on my way to the appointment I get another call saying no it would need to be the original person. I have never been messed around so much and through all this have the worst anxiety. I'm paying back over £700 over a year for something that has made me look worse and I now have to find someone else and pay them more to rectify this. The original consultant is the loveliest person and it's just something that could have been rectified easily but the bad service from the therapie staff and how they have dealt with this has been dreadful. Keeping in mind it was them that called me saying they would prefer me to see someone else as there more experienced. I hope and pray they don't treat anyone else this way.
Absolutely amazing experience with Sarah at Braehead Therapie! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable, informed, and completely at ease. Sarah is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. My anti-wrinkle treatment was carried out with such care and precision, and I’m genuinely so happy with the results. I was looking for a natural, refreshed look and that’s exactly what I got. The whole experience felt personal and professional from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sarah to anyone considering treatment — I’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much!
I would say that my experience with the woman who took me for the consultation was 5 stars. She was very helpful and kind. My issue comes with the fact that I was taken in over twenty minutes late for the appointment. The consultation was then interrupted three times by staff who came into the room to ask my consultant questions. On the second occasion, my consultant left the room for ten minutes and I was left wondering where she was. On the third occasion, a member of staff walked in and asked her colleague to leave the room as she needed to use the equipment in the room we were in. She did not address me directly as a customer. She also gave no thought to where we could go instead and there was a discussion between the two staff members in front of me about where we could go. My consultant was very apologetic but I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. My consultation took one hour and 15 minutes in total. I didn’t envisage it would take longer than 20 minutes. I think staff need to be better trained
All the team at the Braehead clinic are very friendly and helpful! Laura has been great at putting me at ease when getting my laser treatments. Always professional but also friendly and talks away, making it feel less awkward. Would highly recommend.
I had my first laser body session yesterday,and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Amy was absolutely excellent — very professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole appointment. She explained everything clearly and took great care during the session. I’m really happy with the service and would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

1st lazer hair removal treatment was a different therapist which was good no complaints. From second treatment I have stuck with the same therapist Evi K, she is exceptional, I cannot sing her praises high enough. Her expertise, care, compassion, empathy, making sure your comfortable, making sensative areas less painful by taking her time with you. I really cannot recommend her enough highly. I have seen a hugh reduction in my hair growth arms, underarms, hair growth can't be seen there and what is there is very fine barely noticeable to the naked eye. Legs, bikini 60% reduced. Evi always asks at each session where I am sseing a difference and what areas require focus and adjusts her settings. Due to this positive experience I am looking to book more treatments. Thanks Evi💗. The girls at reception are always lovely too.
Brooklyn was amazing at doing the laser. Was very attentive to detail and ensured I got the best temperature to target the areas. Really kind and compassionate as well. Would highly recommend. I have come from laser clinic as I did 12 sessions with them and didn’t get good results. Was recommended by a friend to the Therapie clinic and was a great experience. Looking forward to seeing the results.
