Apart from initially getting lost . I loved my treatment the doctor was really nice and very thorough . I have already recommended her to a friend . I have been to many places for botox . One of the top 3 recommended botox doctors , but I never got a follow on appointment , and my eye brows were sometimes squiffy . I've been to people who really didn't know what they were doing too, which was a bit scary , and lastly I found someone who was good, her clinic closed, and the last dr before this one didn't know what she was doing, but tried to insist that she was a surgeon . This one knew her stuff, as before I let her inject I asked how she was going to do it , and her explanation was perfect , she also used some numbing cream for the needle , which they don't all do. She then also advised me on other treatments I could look into, but only because of my questions . I liked her and I will use her from now on . I thought as it was so heap in comparison to other places I have been it might not be for me , how wonderful that the Dr is really good and knows her stuff , and its the cheapest I've paid at £130
I had a very positive experience with Therapie Clinic and was extremely happy with the treatment and overall service. Deima was professional, knowledgeable, and very reassuring throughout the entire procedure. She provided excellent aftercare advice and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable and well looked after. I really appreciated the level of care and attention I received and would highly recommend the clinic and Deima to others.
Absolutely shocking customer service.
My treatment has been delayed from 25th May to 29th August through no fault of my own. My first appointment was cancelled by the clinic with no earlier alternative offered. I then finally managed to get another appointment for 4th July, only for that to be cancelled as well.
The cancellation email claimed they had tried to call me, but when I immediately called back, the number was unreachable. When I eventually got through emails, all I received was an apology. No effort was made to accommodate me sooner, despite my treatment already being delayed by over 12 weeks because of their cancellations.
To make matters worse, I requested a refund on my payments as i don't want to continue their service and have been chasing them by email for over a week. They have now stopped responding altogether.
I've been a loyal customer and even purchased another package of 10 laser sessions because I trusted their service. This is not how loyal customers should be treated.
Repeated cancellations, poor communication, ignored emails, and no accountability. I understand that appointments sometimes need to be rescheduled, but leaving customers waiting over three months with no real solution is simply unacceptable.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.
Sandra was such a good laser therapist. She was very knowledgeable, explained everything throughout the treatment, and kept checking that I was okay, which made me feel really comfortable. That stress ball was a game changer too ! I’ll definitely be coming back more regularly because of her and how comfortable she made me throughout.
I had my laser hair removal done today by Alexandra and she was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable from start to finish, explained everything clearly, and was really gentle throughout the treatment. You can tell she’s very experienced and genuinely cares about her clients. The whole experience was smooth and professional – I’d definitely recommend her to anyone considering laser. I recently had a Hydrafacial with Veronica at Thérapie Clinic Canary Wharf (Cabot Place), and it was an excellent experience from start to finish.
I came in with concerns about dry skin, and Veronica was incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout the appointment. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained every step of the treatment clearly, and regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable. I often find that during facials it can be difficult to fully understand the different steps, tools, and technologies being used, but Veronica explained each stage with clarity and conciseness, which really helped me feel informed and at ease throughout the treatment. Her reassuring approach eased any worries I had and made the whole experience feel relaxed and personalised.
I've always been a fan of Hydrafacials, but this treatment has made me appreciate them even more. My skin felt deeply hydrated, refreshed, and glowing afterwards, and I left feeling confident that my skin concerns had been properly addressed.
I would highly recommend Veronica to anyone considering a Hydrafacial. Her expertise, professionalism, and genuinely caring approach made all the difference. I'll definitely be continuing my Hydrafacial journey with her and will be requesting appointments with her going forward.
