Very professional service from arrival through to treatment and aftercare. Very attentive staff, friendly, approachable and helpful. I would highly recommend Southside Dental Care for their services. Everything was explained clearly before treatment which put me at ease. Thank you Josh and all the team!

I have been a patient a southside for many years and have loved the practice. Today I attended my check up appointment. Following this I was informed at reception about an outstanding balance from 2024!! As far as I am aware I have always paid my balance in full and I have attended the dentist on numerous occasions since 2024. I have never been informed of an outstanding balance at any of these visits. I feel very blindsided by this. Reception were lovely and informed me that I should attend the bank, retrieve a screenshot of any dental transactions and email them ... from two years ago??? The whole experience today has not sat right with me. I really do find this totally unbelievable to be honest. Why am I being Informed of this two years later? As I have said I have attended this practice for many years and have never had an issue ... until today 😔.

I have regained my confidence for going to the dentist with this dentist. We're discussing the treatment and then Yasmin (and before he Ruaridh) makes sure I am absolutely numb b4 they start the work. Quick to get in between appointments too, if needed

Great dental practice with a friendly and knowledgeable team.I received excellent care throughout my treatment, and everything was explained clearly. The staff were professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommended.

Was extremely nervous going in to my dentist today as knew I needed yet another tooth extraction. My dentist (Josh) was very reassuring and calm, which helped me feel a bit more relaxed about it. Seemed to take some time to finally remove the tooth but thankfully I’d received enough anaesthetic to make it bearable. My dentist is always very pleasant, courteous and explains everything fully, which I find very reassuring.

I recently visited Southside to discuss my dental implants with Dr Leanne Branton. Leanne discussed in depth all my options and timescales regards treatments available and process,procedures. I was apprehensive to begin with as Im probably like most people,not a lover of visiting the dentist but my mind was put at rest immediately by Leanne and her team. Very thorough examinations, x-rays, photographs etc... Very friendly and relaxing conversations. Cannot thank them enough for removing any doubt I had.

Fabulous service as always. Have been looking after my kids for many many years. All staff kind courteous and dentists all very informative with educating the children on the importance of teeth hygiene. Thank you for all you do.

Southside Dental is a gem. I hadn’t had orthodontic care for over a decade and needed a repair when my bonded retainer came unglued, and they fit me in the next day, repaired it perfectly and did it in a cost effective way. Dr. Josh was very professional and knowledgeable. I had called around several clinics who made me feel like I was a bother, but Southside Dental were patient-centered and happy to help me. I will definitely be bringing my kids there for their orthodontic work.
