I was quite nervous about having some stitches removed following a minor surgery. Marissa welcomed me with her warm smile and immediately made me feel at ease. By the time we were joking about how scared I was, she had already done the job without me even noticing. Marissa is clearly great at what she does, but the care she puts into her work is what truly makes her stand out. Thank you for your kindness and care!

Dr Fearfield was wonderful. My appointment was smooth and also very informative of what my options were. She made sure that any worries I had as well were answered, and overall very kind as well. I also wanted to say the nurse who helped me with aftercare, Marissa I believe, was amazing. She walked me through all the steps and instructions to follow and was also very gentle. Both Dr and Nurse made the whole experience really pleasant, thank you!

Dr MacKenzie Ross made my experience as painless as possible on all fronts - clear explanation and advice, great bedside manner and conversation to put me at ease, and efficient work. Very impressed with the neatness and subtlety of my scarring for mole removal and biopsy, and the healing process was incredibly smooth. Matas was also a great support and made me feel welcome and in safe hands. Would absolutely return for similar needs.

Very positive experience with Dr Katie Lacy and her team at OneWelbeck. They were extremely thorough and professional and made me feel comfortable and well informed throughout the entire procedure. Marissa was also great when it came to getting the stitches out at the end and was very friendly. Would definitely recommend their practice.

I have had several follow-up appointments with Dr McDonald and Dr Mata, as well as a minor procedure to remove a mole. On every occasion, they have been highly competent, peofessional, and kind, always making me feel at ease. I would highly recommend both of them and the clinic

My experience at the Welbeck Skin, Health and Allergy department was very good. Marissa, my nurse, explained the procedure I was to have, very thoroughly and also during the whole process. She was really friendly and reassured me throughout.
