I can’t thank the staff and my surgeon enough for looking after me. Now I have a better quality of life after surgery, the care I received while at Ross hall was excellent. The food was amazing and a great choice you get, would definitely go private again. I was seen in six weeks and was told two/three years and I was in so much pain. Thanks again I am now on the road to recovery.

My experience at Rosshall Hospital was first class from start to finish. The care and attentiveness I received were exceptional. The reception staff were welcoming, and both the doctor and anaesthetist took time to meet with me before surgery, explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions. The nurses, ward sister, and even the student nurse were fantastic—kind, professional, and reassuring throughout. The catering staff were also lovely. After my procedure, the aftercare was excellent, with regular observation checks and effective pain relief management. I couldn’t have asked for better treatment. Highly recommended.

I had my gallbladder removal surgery at Ross Hall Hospital about five months ago, and I can honestly say the experience was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel welcome and at ease. The gentleman at the front door was cheerful and friendly, and the staff who took me to my room were kind and reassuring. As this was my first surgery and my first experience of private healthcare, I was naturally quite nervous. However, my surgeon, Mr Shearer, took the time to meet with me beforehand, which I really appreciated and found very reassuring. My nurse, Jim, who helped me get settled in, was fantastic. I also want to mention the nurse who cared for me overnight after my operation on 27th November—although I can’t remember her name, she was incredibly attentive and caring, and made a huge difference to my recovery. The catering staff were also amazing and so kind! Overall, the care I received was outstanding. I felt genuinely looked after every step of the way and would highly recommend Ross Hall Hospital to anyone considering treatment there.

Mr Duxbury was fantastic. I can’t believe I have been suffering with a very sore right side for years, and all it’s taken is a private consultant and an MRI to establish the issue. Upon arriving at Ross Hall, I was taken to the day surgery ward. I met Claire, Dona & Yvonne. They were 1st class to me. The care I received was outstanding and made my stay a memorable one for all the right reasons. I was extremely upset when I came out of surgery and Claire and Yvonne in particular were amazing. I moved up to the overnight ward as there had been a mistake with my booking (I had paid for the overnight but I was only down for day surgery) I’m grateful though I met the nurses on the day wards as they really set the tone. On the Ns I was looked after by Barbra, equally as caring and compassionate. On Friday morning I had the pleasure of Elaine & Zara, again first class service. I wish I could have stayed one more day as I’ve felt quite poorly since discharge. Please pass on my high regard of the nurses mentioned as they are worth their weight in gold. Can I also just mention the ladies that took my food order, and who brought in my food were lovely. Everyone was so nice and caring.

Very efficient. I was treated with great care at all times. All the staff were amazing. My consultant Mr Mark Broadbent was first class. He explained my condition fully after doing a thorough assessment. All necessary tests were undertaken and all my questions were answered fully. Thank you to everyone involved.

I received care at Ross Hall while having my gallbladder removed, and the experience was excellent. The staff were professional, respectful, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. Everything was handled very smoothly, from admission to recovery, and I felt well informed and supported at every stage. This is why I had such a positive experience. I don’t feel there is anything that could have been done better the care I received was of a very high standard throughout.

It was just so calming and reassuring from start to finish. Brilliant experience and a fantastic, life changing outcome. Our surgeon was Mr Andy Chin, anaesthetics Dr Bolton and both incredible, calm and empathetic. The nursing team, theatre staff and catering staff were all amazing as well. Genuinely felt really cared for.

If I ever had to get treatment or procedure again my choice will be Ross Hall. The care, attention, details shared was simply amazing. I cannot remember the names but all the staff who came in to care were fantastic. Fast response and just spoilt with all the attention. From admission to discharge everything was so smooth and carefully administered. Huge thanks to my consultant Dr Andrew Christie and his team for assuring me and caring for me during procedure. Dr Christie even called me personally when I had a concern and called the given hospital number and provided the reassurance. Huge Thanks to all.
