I have an appointment at 10.00 am and everybody was late ..I have to wait 1 hour for the doctor to decide to check on my skin. They give me the diagnosis and they recommend me blood test also that costs 350£ ..I was paying and I have to go in another building to do the blood test so I couldn’t make anymore for personal reasons so I ask for refund . They told me that I will receive the refund in 28 days but even today after 3 month I didn’t receive any message from this scam company . I have to go again and again for couple of times by now to ask them about my money back and every time they have different excuses ‘like HR was is holiday ‘ or ‘ we are a small team’ but in reality nobody is answering to the what’s up , nobody is answering to the emails , nobody is answering to the phone and all the time is somebody’s else fault .
There is more then 28 working days that I’m waiting for somebody to give me back my money but looks like this company is a ghost after they take your money.
Would put 0 stars if I was able to … went to the clinic and the receptionist referred to the “Dr” as a nurse and this is not who I’m paying for. She didn’t know what the medications I was on and was googling throughout the whole appointment, didn’t diagnose my acne and told me to see a psychiatrist for my itchy skin ?? Wouldn’t recommend whatsoever, I felt dismissed and my skin was not treated, money waisted for no reason and none of my emails were replied to seems like the clinic is in it only for the money
Thanks to Revitalise London @Nancy Mohemmed and@Kaynat Zubair,,,I do remember that first day of my visit to the clinic what a amazing staff and facilities. I had my treatments for acne scaring 100% satisfied and happy,, got my desired results,,,highly recommended for acne scaring treatments and Botox for your happy and shiny face😀
Great experience taking off a skin tag, super friendly team and offered me a lower price since i'm a student! super pain free and easy. would recommend

Extremely unimpressed with this clinic.
I had a phone call consultation with the team regarding what treatments I was interested in, I expressed I wanted laser scar treatment and Subcision.
I was ensured that would be possible.
I booked an in person consultation for the following week. I then received two separate calls asking to rearrange the time of the appointment, the last call explaining that if I wanted a treatment I would need to come in earlier.
After travelling for TWO HOURS to London for the consultation I was informed there was no dermatologist on site so Subcision would not be able to be done and that the clinic does NOT have a laser machine suitable to scar removal, despite advertising it on their website and on their phone call consultations.
It quite clearly said on my treatment notes that the lady had in her hands that I only wanted Subcision or laser. Both of which I explained to them on the phone before the appointment and both of which they said were able to provide.
The clinic are falsely advertising laser treatments as an available treatment, when they do not possess the equipment to do so.
It was a massive waste of my time and money, be very cautious if using this clinic.
I went to Revitalise for advice about a Cyst on my face. I was concerned about the procedure and any possible scar. Dr Ken was thoroughly professional and gave me clear straightforward advice and made me feel comfortable. The procedure to remove the cyst was completely painless and Dr Ken explained to me what he was doing throughout. I was very pleased with the result and there is no scarring whatsoever. I would recommend.
I cannot recommend this place enough. My skin was severely affected and as a result I was very low. The amazing staff, especially Dr Nancy, were always approachable and more importantly knowledgeable. Within a couple of months my condition was well managed and vastly improved. Thank you.
