Had my first laser hair removal session with Gabriella and so pleased with my visit. She is so kind, patient and lovely and made me feel so comfortable whilst being super professional. The clinic overall is so nice, everyone is lovely, smiley and polite. Such a girls girl, will be requesting her for every session i have!

Sara was amazing to speak with on the phone. She was very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the entire process clearly. I really appreciated how helpful and understanding she was when discussing the different options available to me and finding something that would work best for my situation. Her excellent customer service made me feel comfortable and confident moving forward. I’m excited to begin my tattoo removal journey with the clinic and would highly recommend them based on my experience so far!

I recently visited Pulse Light Clinic for a consultation followed by a HIFU treatment, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Before coming here, I had consultations at a few well known private clinics where I was repeatedly told I had a lot of "facial fat." Those comments really knocked my confidence and left me feeling quite upset and self conscious. From the moment I walked into Pulse Light Clinic, my experience was completely different. The practitioner I met for my initial consultation and the one who carried out my treatment were both incredibly kind, professional, and understanding. They listened to my concerns without judgment, took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and valued throughout the entire process. They genuinely restored my confidence and faith in aesthetic practitioners. The HIFU treatment itself was carried out professionally, and I felt reassured and well cared for every step of the way. Thank you to the whole team for such a positive experience. I would happily recommend Pulse Light Clinic to everyone!

I recently attended a consultation for the removal of a medium-sized coloured tattoo and had a very positive experience. The team were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the entire laser removal process in detail, including what results I could realistically expect and how many sessions may be required. What really stood out was their expertise in treating coloured tattoos. Several other clinics I contacted were either unable to treat certain colours or were not confident in the results, whereas this clinic uses Pico laser technology and clearly explained how it can effectively target a wider range of tattoo pigments. I left the consultation feeling well-informed and confident in their approach. They were honest, helpful, and happy to answer all of my questions without any pressure to commit. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering tattoo removal, especially for coloured tattoos.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I purchased a full-face CO₂ laser treatment, which is only available as a package of three sessions. The first session was extremely painful, and it was done very quickly without properly focusing on the areas I specifically said were most important to me. My second session was cancelled by the clinic just one hour before my appointment. When I returned for a patch test, the treating doctor did not know whether I had already undergone a session. A week later, when I came in for the second treatment, the same doctor again seemed unaware of my treatment history. Once more, the procedure was rushed and the focus areas were not properly assessed or treated. After both the first and second sessions, I could barely see any improvement. The third session was the only satisfactory one and was performed by a different doctor. This was the only time I noticed a visible difference on my skin. I feel that if even one of the first two treatments had been done properly, my overall results would be much better. Given the cost, the required package purchase, and the inconsistency in care, this experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Update: I received a friendly call to discuss what I felt was unsatisfactory, which I thought was great. They took the time to listen and offered to redo the treatment, which I really appreciated. I’m happy with the way this was handled.

Do not seem to care much for their clients - I was pressured to spend £1300 while I was in pain, mid-treatment, and noone has been able to explain what kind of benefit I would see from three further treatments. They just want to up-sell you; they also tried to pressure me to sign a media release so they could use my images while I was in the middle of a treatment and telling them I was in pain. I would be very wary of going for any kind of treatment with people that have such little regard for their clients' welfare and would recommend a doctor-led clinic instead. I raised a formal complaint but they just tried to use it sell me yet more treatments. Pretty ghastly

I’ve had the loveliest experience with Brooke and Erika at Pulse Light. They have both been incredibly respectful, especially towards my religion. As a Muslim, I asked if I could pray, and they kindly accommodated me by preparing a small area in the room so I could do so comfortably during treatment time— something I truly appreciated. I did CoolSculpt during my visit, and Erica took her time to explain the entire process thoroughly, along with other treatment options! She answered ALL of my questions and made sure I felt completely at ease. Brooke was very smiley, warm, and friendly throughout the whole experience. Their kindness and professionalism have honestly made me want to return to this clinic for more treatments in the future. I’ve had an amazing experience. Thank you so much to both of you — you made everything so smooth, comfortable, and welcoming including both of your professionalism!

I requested a consultation and was quoted £1759 as my tattoo is “large” but based on my measurements, my tattoo would fit into the “medium” category of 12 x 4 .. which online is £849. My tattoo goes over 1cm. So they wanted to charge me double for the extra 1cm.. when I questioned them and asked how that is even reasonable, I was told to contact and email the management.. I think it’s very unreasonable and shows there is no integrity or even justification for how my tattoo even costs that much. I didn’t proceed, but just want to let others know that this place clearly cares more about money than clients
