Great clinic. I came in for full face and neck laser hair removal, and got my underarms done at the same time. Everything went pretty fast and was totally bearable. Happy with the result. Best laser hair removal clinic in Kingston. Looking forward to my next session. Definitely recommend.

Had my first laser session today and honestly such a lovely experience! She made me feel so comfortable and at ease from the moment I walked in. Super friendly, professional, and explained everything really well. I was a bit nervous beforehand but she made the whole process so easy and reassuring. Couldn’t have asked for a better first session, highly recommend

Excellent Service and Professional Care: I’ve recently had several treatments at Premier Laser & Skin Kingston, and my experience has been excellent every time. The team are professional, friendly, and very helpful. I was treated by Lucy and Lily, who were both highly skilled and knowledgeable. They take the time to ensure everything is done properly and always aim for the best possible results, which made me feel confident and comfortable throughout. I’m very satisfied with the service and would like to thank the whole team, especially Lucy and Lily, for their outstanding care. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

I had a really great experience with my appointment today. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Sobhna explained everything clearly before starting, which helped ease any nerves I had. The treatment itself was quick and much less painful than I expected. I’m already looking forward to my next session and would definitely recommend this service to others.

I paid for a course of six sessions and unfortunately saw no results at all. I spent over £1000, and it has honestly been a complete waste of money. What disappointed me the most is the lack of honesty. If a treatment is unlikely to work for someone, this should be clearly explained instead of encouraging clients with “maybe it will work.” It’s not fair to let people spend this amount of money when realistically they are not going to see results. There were also issues with consistency and communication. On one occasion, I booked with a specific practitioner, but when I arrived, I was told I hadn’t booked with her — which was not true. They had changed it without informing me. On another occasion, I was told she was on holiday and had to either continue with someone else or skip the session. This meant I lost consistency in my treatment, which is important for results. The clinic also relied on before-and-after photos to suggest there were improvements, but in my opinion, any difference was extremely minimal and not noticeable in real life. I genuinely feel I wasted my money and I do wish I could get a refund for these sessions, as I saw no benefit at all. Overall, I would not recommend this clinic, especially for lightening treatments, and I would not return for any other services.

Araxia is a superstar of the clinic! I’ve been doing different treatments throughout the years (Hair removal laser,Microneedling,Hydrafacial,Clearlift etc) and she has been amazing with all of them. Very helpful to explain what is coming,how she is doing and also with suggestions for a new treatments. Highly recommend to see her whatever you need she will make sure you get it right and enjoyable.

Lily-rose does an excellent job when it comes to laser hair removal, she makes sure you’re comfortable at all times and reassures you. My laser journey with premier laser is going amazing! A lot of differences since the first appointment, I didn’t have to shave once. Thank you to the team!
