I’ve had a fantastic experience with this clinic! I’ve been coming here for laser hair removal for over 3 years, and I’m now almost completely hair-free. It really does work, girls!
At this point, I only come back for top-up sessions 2–3 times a year, and that’s mainly because I personally like to stay completely smooth. I probably don’t even need them.
All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I have my treatments with Huma, and she is absolutely amazing. She’s incredibly thorough, pays attention to every little detail, and always makes each session relaxing and comfortable.
I’m so happy with my results and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering laser hair removal. Also, keep an eye out for their special offers—they often have some amazing deals!🌷
I had such a great experience with my laser hair removal treatments here. Galina was absolutely amazing ,so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly, including the treatment process and aftercare, which made me feel super comfortable and reassured throughout every session.
She always made sure I was comfortable and at ease, especially during Hollywood treatments where I usually feel a bit shy and insecure. Galina was always so lovely and welcoming, making conversation during the sessions which really helped me relax.
I’ve already noticed incredible results and I’m so happy with the progress so far. The level of service and professionalism was outstanding from start to finish.The reception team were also incredibly helpful with booking appointments, and the clinic itself was always clean, welcoming, and professional.

At the start of my treatment I was very nervous, this being my first time .
I need not have been anxious as I was attended to by Hana, who made me feel comfortable & at ease.
Hana was very patient & proffessional , explaining the procedure. she made sure I was OK every step of my treatment.

I decided to treat myself to a HydraFacial as my skin had been feeling dull and dehydrated. Since I felt I was in need of a proper facial, I chose to stretch my budget and book the 60-minute treatment rather than the 30-minute option.
I don't usually like to complain, but I was honestly quite disappointed with the whole experience. The therapist arrived slightly late, which already reduced the time allocated for my treatment. During the facial, the HydraFacial machine repeatedly stopped working, and at times it felt dry and uncomfortable.
After around 30 minutes of treatment, I was left alone in the room under an infrared light for the remainder of the session. This wasn't what I was expecting, especially considering the price of the treatment. Overall, it felt as though I only received the 30-minute facial experience, as I spent a significant portion of the appointment on my own rather than receiving any further treatment.
Given the cost of the 60-minute session, I had expected a much higher standard of service and a more thorough treatment experience.
I had my first laser hair removal session today and honestly, it was such a great experience. I was a bit nervous going in, but the technician was incredibly professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease by explaining every step. The treatment itself was much more comfortable than I expected—quick, manageable, and not painful. The clinic was clean and welcoming, and I felt well taken care of the entire time. Even after just one session, my skin feels smooth and calm. I’m really excited to continue my treatments and already feel confident that I made the right decision.
I love it here! Staff are always lovely, I’ve had laser hair from multiple technicians and they are all professional, friendly and excellent at their jobs. I definitely see clear results and has been a life saver as I have super thick hair. I used to wax and laser is so much better - no ingrowns, hair actually grows back thinner/patchy, takes 15 mins, minimal pain and the same price if you buy in bulk. Highly recommend
Shireen was very knowledgeable, professional and i feel like genuinely knew what she was talking about in regard to the treatment. Customer service of front of house/reception at my time of visit wasn’t great - no hello on arrival etc and nothing on my departure either… all very basic things, not done, not very welcoming. I would return because of the practitioner/specialist experience was pleasant though.
