I recently had a great experience at NL Clinic in Southgate. I met with Ella, who was extremely professional, understanding, and thorough throughout my appointment. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and well-informed.
The whole process was handled efficiently, from booking the appointments to the treatment itself, and everything was very effective. I truly appreciated the care and attention to detail.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience at NL Clinic. I’m looking forward to going back again this coming Saturday. Highly recommended!
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Ali, Ella, and Mel. From the moment I walked in for my IV drip, the team made me feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Ali was professional and attentive, explaining everything clearly and making sure I felt at ease throughout the process.
Ella was fantastic with my teeth hygiene treatment — thorough, gentle, and very knowledgeable. She took her time and gave helpful advice to maintain my oral health.
Mel was welcoming and supportive, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The whole team works so well together, and their positive energy really stands out. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality care and a great overall experience!
This was my first visit to NL Clinic, and the experience was very positive from start to finish. I was seen by Melissa right at my appointment time, which I appreciated.
A few months ago, I had a dental infection, so I had several questions and concerns. Melissa was extremely patient in answering them and took the time to explain everything clearly. Her professionalism was evident, and I felt her advice was honest, balanced, and genuinely focused on my best interests.
The scale and polish treatment was excellent. Melissa was very thorough and took her work seriously—you could tell she genuinely cared about doing a good job rather than simply rushing through the appointment. Having used hygienist services at other clinics before, I could definitely notice the difference in the quality of care.
I haven't used any of the clinic's other services yet, but based on my experience with Melissa, I would highly recommend the hygienist service.
I had an excellent experience at NL clinic today. My husband recommended Dr Ali and he was fantastic. Really kind. Understanding, patient and listened to everything I said. He is a really lovely man and just to add very professional. The receptionist Yasmin is superb. I spoke to her first over the phone and she was brilliant and just the same face to face. Kind and bubbly. I would 10000% recommend this clinic very lovely professional people and I’m actually looking into having other treatments there. Thank you and I am looking forward to my return very soon!

I was seen by Melissa and I can honestly say thats the first dentist who explained everything I needed to know in detail. She is very passionate about her job. Patient, very Professional, kind, cares and gives full attention to every detail. I am in my 60s and I learnt 100% what I needed to do so as to keep my teeth in good condition. I was and I am very happy with my treatment.
The receptionist is very cheerful, a breath of fresh air as you enter the Practice.

I was a little apprehensive about using alternative methods to book a dental service but I was blown away by the level of professionalism and curiosity I received from the moment I walked through the door. Melissa attended to me and she was brilliant, chef's kiss. I have a few health related issues but she was really gentle, able to provide a stellar service, ensuring that I was ok with her performance as I have sensitive teeth. If I jump back to the beginning, Melissa talked me through the process to be undertaken, ensured that I understood and was happy and in agreement with what needed to be done. I booked my initial visit on group-on, it's a trek from south to North but I'll be doing it again, a small price to pay for an excellent service, so hard to find these days, well done Mel.
