I would like to say a huge thank you to Dr Mileto for doing such an amazing job with my surgery. From my consultation through to the operation itself, he was professional, informative and made me feel completely at ease and confident in my decision. I’m so grateful for his expertise and care throughout the whole experience.
I also want to give a special shoutout to my nurse Zeim from the MYA’s London office. I was really nervous going into my first post-op appointment, but she instantly made me feel comfortable and reassured. She has been incredibly kind, gentle and supportive throughout recovery and really makes you feel looked after. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble and her caring approach has made such a positive difference to my experience.
Julie Robinson did my e-consult and she was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I had a list of questions but didn't need to ask them as she'd covered them already in the call. I left feeling fully informed but also not pressured. I look forward to my journey going forward!

Sandra explained everything to me me and made me feel at ease I have wanted this procedure for many years but life got in the way l cared for our severely disabled son for 33 years until he moved into supported living . Then l nursed my father in law with bowel cancer them our 16 year old spaniel Ronan passed away with anal gland cancer. I have been suffering with deteriorating scoliosis and cm it’s the icing on the cake for me l need a reduction while l am well enough to have it done.

I had my breast reduction surgery with MYA Clinic and I honestly could not be happier with my entire experience from start to finish.
From my very first consultation I felt listened to, understood, and respected. The consultation was thorough and informative, and all of my questions were answered with care and honesty. My surgeon, Mr Giannas, was absolutely amazing and made me feel safe and confident going into the procedure. Everything was explained clearly and I felt I was in very capable hands. The care I received on the day was exceptional.
My aftercare has been just as impressive. Follow up appointments were well organised and thorough, and I always felt encouraged to ask questions. Any concerns I had during recovery were taken seriously and addressed promptly. The guidance and reassurance throughout recovery made the healing process feel manageable and supported.
As for the results, I am beyond happy. Not only do I love how I look, but the physical relief has been life changing. I am more comfortable, more confident, and able to live my daily life without the discomfort I experienced before surgery. My results look natural and proportional, and I truly feel like myself again.
Choosing MYA Clinic was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The professionalism, care, and genuine support from the entire team exceeded my expectations. Mr Giannas and his team were amazing. Explained every step of the way right from the start. The day of the operation, everything ran smoothly, the aftercare was spot on, everyone was friendly, attentive and relaxed. Nothing too much trouble. Signed off today and couldn’t be happier with the results. Would always return to them for any further procedures.
