I got my legs laser done at Moda Donna and Gabriela was my therapist. She’s honestly so sweet and makes you feel super comfortable. I had really rough skin because of ingrown hairs, but after a few sessions I could see a big difference..and now my skin is completely smooth! Thank you so much Gabriela for being so kind and supportive. Also, the prices are really reasonable

I do not recommend this service. I came in for an eyebrow lamination and tint. I am attaching photos of my eyebrows taken on the same day, both before and after the procedure, so that everyone can judge the result for themselves. Before the appointment even started, I was surprised by Liliia’s attitude. She explained that she was running late because her previous client was “very talkative.” After hearing a professional speak about a client in that way, I did not feel comfortable engaging in conversation myself, so I mostly stayed quiet during the procedure. Despite that, she repeatedly encouraged me to talk, saying things like, “Come on, tell me something.” I found this inappropriate, as I came for a beauty treatment and did not expect to feel pressured into having a conversation. As for the result, I am extremely dissatisfied. The colour turned out much darker than what I expected and discussed beforehand. Instead of a natural-looking result, I was left with very dark eyebrows that do not suit my appearance. When I raised my concerns, I was not offered a refund. Unfortunately, this was a very negative experience, and I cannot recommend Liliia’s services.

I visited this clinic for a bikini laser treatment using a Groupon coupon. After booking and spending hours getting there, I was told that the bikini area was not included. I do not recommend this clinic and am still trying to obtain a refund from both the clinic and Groupon. Please be cautious

Don't support this business, they don't put the customer first. Just about the money to the extent that they sent their bank details so I could deposit cash upfront before going to the salon although neither their website or treatwell where they are registered asks for it. It allows for pay at venue post appointment and also allows rescheduling. I rescheduled twice owing to my busy schedules at the minute and they sent me their bank details to deposit the cash before I arrive at my appointment a week before the appointment! Ridiculous rip off businesses with no business acumen shown by staff!

Absolutely terrible service from the start. My partner booked us consultation and because my train was delayed we asked if i get in within 15-20 mins and they oked this. As i arrived at their door literally within agreed time, they said they cannot see me. This is a disgusting treatment of people. Not only will I take my custom and money elsewhere, I urge others nor to use this awful company.

I just had a laser treatment at Moda Donna Clinic and I'm super pleased with how it turned out. I was a little anxious at the beginning but the staff were so friendly and professional. The technician went over the whole procedure with me beforehand, answered all my questions and was really gentle during the session. I've only had one session so far but I'm already noticing a significant decrease in hair growth, especially under my arms and on my upper lip. The results are fantastic, and I can't wait to finish the full course. I highly recommend Moda Donna Clinic to anyone thinking about laser treatments.

I had a great experience with laser hair removal at this clinic. My therapist Corina was extremely professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the sessions. My first therapist, Refka, was also very kind and professional — both of them provided excellent care. After just 5 sessions, I’ve seen amazing results, and I’m definitely planning to continue and complete all my courses here. Highly recommend this clinic!

I had an amazing experience with my microneedling session! I felt welcomed and comfortable. Gabriela was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive, explaining each step and making sure I felt comfortable and confident . The whole visit was pleasant, and I truly appreciated her skill and care. I am extremely happy with the results and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
