I was on holiday in the area and developed tooth pain. 111 could not help and I considered cutting my break short. After a quick search I tried Luna dental who were close to my hotel. I booked same day appointment. The dentist was very kind and did a thorough examination and provided treatment and advice. The price was also very reasonable. I was reasured and able to continue my holiday. Would highly recommend this practice if you live in the area or just passing through.
This was honestly the best experience I've ever had at a Dentist.. I was completely listened too & Farouk did everything I asked for & no more than I asked for.. I was given a price at the start of treatment & although I changed things throughout I still only paid the stated price. I couldn't be happier with the service I received , Farouk is very patient , reassuring & professional throughout.
I came away with exactly if not better than I asked for & I very happy.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr Zakaria for the exceptional care provided during our visit with my 7-year-old son. The doctor was extremely kind, patient, and professional, and his excellent manners made both of us feel very comfortable and reassured throughout the consultation.

What was my experience like at Luna Dental? Well, let me tell you… I showed up at 3pm to enquire about a hygienist appointment, expecting the nearest available slot to be at least a week away. To my surprise I was offered 3:30pm on the same day! Just 30 minutes after initial enquiry. Zakaria and Gopali were behind the desk at the time, and let me just say - to describe my interaction with them as an exceptional customer experience would be an understatement. They were polite, funny, charming and very clearly invested in giving me the best service they could deliver. If they haven’t been promoted already they certainly deserve one. I returned to the clinic at 3:30pm for my appointment and was seen within minutes of sitting down. The service was fast, painless and pleasant. Unfortunately I did not catch the Dentist or the Dental Nurses’ names, but they made me feel very much at ease, answered every question I had and gave me some very insightful information on how to better look after my teeth. Would I recommend Luna Dental? Well, based on my experience today I could not name a Dental Clinic I have received better care or service at. If you need a Dentist and are in the Cardiff area, Zakaria, Gopali and the Luna Dental Team are the people you are looking for.

He made me feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment I entered the surgery. He explained exactly what he was going to do and was very thorough professional and honest throughout my treatment.

I had a professional cleaning recently with Farouk and Hiba and I’m very happy with the experience. The dentist was gentle, thorough, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I really appreciated how carefully the cleaning was done and the helpful advice I received about improving my gum health and daily routine.
