Would give them zero stars but its not an option. Dont waste your money. They deliberatly hide or omit completly pre testing requirements and sending information to reject samples. Ive tried complaining to get my money back and have had no refund yet. Customer service is a joke. DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

Take no notice of the bad reviews I was skeptical at first but follow the simple instructions and be sure to register your test!! Very important.. I recived my results within 24hrs of posting very quick and efficient service 5 stars from me.

Ordered in March, sample sent off and registered, no results given so emailed, then received a test result with no name saying high testosterone. Then another email saying they lost my results, sent a new test out and give me wrong tests (paid for 5 biomarkers, received 1). No answer on phones or email since to rectify. Would definitely not use again. Shocking service.

Be careful with the reviews, if you leave a bad one they then start messaging you to change the review even when there results do not match a current NHS result and are way off which is highly unprofessional and gives back street vibes. If you need a blood test go to NHS as these are hit an miss. That result ypu thought was good may not be good an that result that was bad may not be bad..

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE, haven’t had my results despite following the instructions to the letter and having a confirmation email my sample was received. No reply via email provided or on Instagram when tried to follow up multiple times. Wouldn’t trust their results at all, very unprofessional!

I did registered my blood test, and i had their confirmation. After i e-mailed them for 10 consecutive days i have received the results ( not accepted because i did not register it ). Very poor communication, waste of time and money.

Have used both LHC and Randox home blood tests. I found LHC to be more affordable and reasonably straightforward to use, but you absolutely must do everything as instructed and it will work. I loved that living in London meant I could hand deliver the test - eliminating the stress of postage delays. Very communicative and helpful.

Absolutely awful Company! Avoid this company at all costs! To start off with, the WhatsApp customer service team seemed very helpful, they gave me advice on which items to order etc. they promised me I’d have it back a couple of days after I posted my blood sample. I placed an order, nothing arrived! I waited 4 days until I asked customer service to send out another one, which then took another few days! I put my blood in the vile and sent it off with all the relevant info. They told me that it’s been rejected due to not enough blood sent, I then provided Evidence with photos which I took before I sent them, then they changed the excuse to, I didn’t write down the date and time I added my sample! The instructions are not clear on this and it should be in large writing! I complained again about this, as they first of all lied to me, they promised to send another parcel out which again took 4 days to arrive! And it came on a Friday so I had to wait until the Monday to do another sample. I wrote on the paperwork date and time etc. took more photos just incase. They didn’t answer any WhatsApp messages for 2 days afterwards, and guess what! IT GOT REJECTED AGAIN! 🤦🏻♂️ The reason it got rejected was, I didn’t cross out the estimated sample time that they put on! Even though I wrote in huge letters and numbers across the paper work and the sample time was for the original first order I gave them, so 20 days behind! 🤣🤣 Probably the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with! Use someone else, these clowns have absolutely no idea. I’d be surprised if they even get people’s tests done and not just make it up! They gave me a credit in the end, as they are too incompetent to do a single task correctly! In answer to your reply, it was the 3rd kit you sent out! Yes, I was rude to your staff, as I was fed up of your incompetence to do a simple task!
