I've had a few different practitioners over the years, but Constantina is by far my favourite at Grand Central's Laser Clinics!
She's incredibly thorough, takes her time, and never makes you feel rushed. Every appointment feels genuinely personalised, and she always makes sure she's being as thorough as possible while making you feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment.
What really stands out is how friendly and welcoming she is. She takes the time to chat, remembers previous conversations, and creates such a relaxed atmosphere that appointments genuinely become something I look forward to.
The results have been fantastic, but the experience itself is what keeps me coming back. Whenever I see Constantina is available, she's the person I want to book with every time. Thank you, Constantina!
I had such a great experience with Juweriya. She talked me through every step of the process, answered all of my questions, and was incredibly professional throughout. We also had such a lovely conversation which made the appointment really enjoyable. She was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend her enough. If you’re feeling nervous or unsure about starting laser treatment, I’d highly recommend booking with her as she makes the whole experience feel so easy and comfortable. I just wanted to take a moment to praise Constantina. She is so lovely and always takes her time when doing my laser treatment. She is very thorough, makes sure she covers every area, and never misses anything.
She is also incredibly sweet, kind, and professional, which always makes me feel comfortable and well looked after during my appointments.

Shamara has been absolutely amazing! So very thorough and one of the best therapists I’ve had. I will definitely be asking for her again every time I’m here. Everyone else I’ve had has missed parts but Shamara didn’t leave a single spot unzapped! Honestly amazing x
Juweriya who did my laser treatment was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly, professional, and made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole appointment. She explained everything clearly, and made the experience so much easier and relaxing. She was easy to talk to, and just had the nicest energy. Honestly made the whole appointment such a good experience. 10/10 service, she ate 💅 I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking to get laser treatment done🥰
Had 2 laser sessions for full legs and Hollywood. After my first session definitely saw a major difference and was so happy with results can’t imagine what the results will be like after a couple of sessions. The lady I had was a polish lady forgot her name but she was amazing made me feel so comfortable, was answering my questions, and took her time with me. Legs feel so soft will complete my 3 sessions and see what the results are like. As of right now I am so happy with what I’m seeing definitely recommend.
I’ve had mostly good experiences here- but it varies/depends on the staff member treating you on the day. Teo today was so lovely and made me feel so comfortable, and on my last treatment in late 2025 the therapist was also amazing! (forgot her name but she was wearing a hijab)

I’ve just had a laser session with Constantina at the Laser Clinics UK Birmingham Bullring and she was absolutely amazing. She explained the whole procedure clearly, was very thorough, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the session. I’ve been here many times before, but this experience felt especially professional and welcoming. Highly recommend!
