Seen but Little delayed. Hygiene clean, staff are friendly, consultant very professional and subject matter expert, explained clearly of the procedure. Negative appointment booking staff not aware of process well, medical secretary delayed response and could not get appointments in time despite enough time.

I had a couple of visits to the clinic and had my Flexible Cystoscopy done there today by Dr S. Kulkarni. I had a nurse and a lady from reception with me. Everyone been really kind, professional and understanding. I had thrown my back out a day before and was very worried, but the Dr S.Kulkarni put my mind at rest. Practice is very clean and well refurbished. It is not a pleasant preciedure , but it is never as bad as people wrote reviews for it. Get it done , if you need it .

Disgraceful treatment of patients. Cold, unwelcoming and unconcerned Doctors. If you want your clinician to ask you even one question do not see a Doctor here. If you would like to receive treatment for your issues good luck. They will shut down every single avenue for treatment that is not the quickest way to get you off their hands. There will be personel in your appointment who will not be introduced and you will not know the reason for their attendance, except to intimidating you into accepting the subpar treatment you will inevitably be offered. I am shocked, disgusted, and dismayed at the treatment patients receive here. The absolute gall for the post-examination feedback text to be a link to their public Google Review page rather than a designated feedback system. This clinic cares more about optics than they do patients.

25 minute wait after appt time. Appt itself was rushed and shorter than the wait time itself - all staff in the appt room weren't introduced to me, the next steps were jotted down and not explained clearly by the doctor. Hoping the follow up appt isn't 7 months down the line as indicated by some other reviewers. Reception team were polite and doing their best.

I had an appointment today at the clinic, i was seen by Dr Ghosh, a consultant based there. - Incredibley professional - Took the time to explain things properly and give advice - Very thorough and attentive - Made himself very approachable The clinic itself is also well run and clean. Definitely a recommended clinic

Very impressed! Got to my appointment early and was seen promptly. Front desk ladies very polite and cheerful. Felt listened to by the Doctor and came away with advice and treatment plan that was helpful. Thank you very much!

Took the day off work. Got here for 8.15. It took the Dr, 10 seconds to tell me my tablets weren’t working and to go back to the GP. I don’t know why they couldn’t call me and tell me over the phone. This was despite them sending me 20 text messages to remind me of my appointment. Clearly he is milking the NHS for “appointments” fees. Pathetic
