I am so glad I registered with Greenlaw around a year ago. They have been fantastic, I am a nervous patient but Richard and the hygienist team are aware and always make me feel so comfortable.
Most importantly, they educate so Richard shows the xray (which is really cool) and the team talk you through what’s happening when it’s happening. Really great emotional intelligence across the practice, they can really pick up on if a patient is nervous and maybe needing to chat to be distracted before the appointment.
I could not recommend this dental practice any higher.
Was disappointed to find out that after I had paid over £300 for a treatment, and after feeling I was having some bother with it over the next few months, I wanted a check up to make sure everything was ok after paying so much money for the treatment. When I arrived I was in and out in 5 minutes, I was told everything should be fine and to give it more time to “heal”, to be told I was being charged due to my usual dentist being off on the sick. I was then told after not being happy about that, as I was never told the appointment would cost me as no work had been carried out. I was in credit? No idea why I would be in credit as no one told me I was paying for any future treatments when I was charged for my previous one. I don’t think they realise that not everyone can afford these big payments when treatment is advised to be done and not actually letting the customer know prior to the treatment how much these things would be, and what they are actually paying for unless you basically ask. For an NSH practice I think it’s very expensive and I don’t think they actually explain to clients what’s going on and the cost etc, so customer service is poor. I think I will be looking for somewhere closer to home.
Great communication with appointments and reminders. Husband and I went for our annual check. Very efficient. Booked in and got taken promptly. Love this dentist and we have been going for years.
Niamh and her team were absolutely fantastic. I have had terrible experiences in the past with dental care and I am extremely scared. After explaining that I have very sensitive teeth and was experiencing pain during a clean. Niamh went in slow increments, and explained everything she was going to do.
Thankyou very much for your kindness and understanding. This has given me hope to gradually build up my confidence with dental treatment.
Always a friendly and professional atmosphere whenever I visit. Never an issue with any work needing done, and everything is always explained in a way that’s easy to understand. 10/10

Never thought I'd say this about a dentist appointment, but my recent experience on 19.3.26 at Greenlaw Dental Care was actually enjoyable. Richard and the team are caring, highly professional and very thorough.

I had appointment today with Ross. It's the best dental practice I've ever been to. Made me feel very at ease and explained everything so well. Also care about how you are doing in life. Ross was like a counsellor too. Definitely recommend Greenlaw dental practice.
