I can’t recommend Aimiliana enough! From my very first consultation through to the end of my treatments, she has been absolutely amazing. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and genuinely cares about her clients. She always took the time to explain everything, made me feel completely at ease and supported me every step of the way.
Not only is she brilliant at what she does, but she’s also such a kind and lovely person. Thanks to her care and expertise, my skin is now back to normal and I’m so happy with the results. 10/10! Aimiliana has exceeded all my expectations, and I can’t thank her enough. I genuinely couldn’t recommend Aimiliana more. She’s a real credit to Este Medical.
I had a great experience today with Rebecca at Este Manchester. The care, commitment and knowledge Rebecca has is fantastic. One of the reasons why i choose este was because i’ve heard alot about their outstanding customer service and Rebecca definitely lived up to that today. She is proactive and even managed to book me a laser session on the same day to help with my PRF treatment. Going above and beyond for me, i am very pleased with my visit today.

I have had the Cosmelan peel and Subcision done at the Este Medical. I am thoroughly happy with the overall results… Shireen did my Subcision, not only is she a good professional but absolutely lovely and down to earth.. made feel at ease and made the whole treatment process comfortable and enjoyable. Came in for a consultation to the Manchester clinic just to get a feel for my options as I’ve never really been to any before. The consultant Jessica was really good, felt very welcoming and trustworthy.
When spending so much money you’d like to know as much detail as possible about what is going on and she gave answers to every question asked and was very inviting with no pressure to go for this company. Walked out of there booking my first appointment the next Friday.
The appointment on Friday was really good. I had Mirza who was doing the treatment on me which was extremely professional, clean and very welcoming. He explained the treatment before we started the session and during the treatment he was walking me through exactly what he was doing which made me feel very comfortable.
I would recommend this place to anyone who needs or wants to get the hair sorted out as they are really good.
