Nurse Anna & Dr Nathan were both kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process.
They both made me feel comfortable and reassured, explaining everything clearly and checking on me regularly. They were compassionate, took the time to answer my questions, and ensured that I felt informed and well cared for.
Their professionalism and kindness made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. I truly appreciate the excellent care I received and would like to thank them for their dedication and support.

Contacted the clinic the day prior and was consulted by Will Buxton — very prompt response and attentive. Booked me in the following day.
The clinic was beautifully decorated and very clean. Dr Buxton is extremely knowledgeable and experienced — I couldn’t recommend him more for iron infusions, with a background in anaesthetics. He also educated me on supplements and general health and wellbeing, talked me through everything, reassured me and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions. Staff in general were very warm and welcoming.
From start to finish the service was seamless, pain free and comfortable.
Would highly highly recommend — and will most definitely return.

I called this Tuesday, after the Bank Holiday, full of questions on how to navigate the process and get some iron for a severe deficiency. They were excellent.
Allie patiently explained the process and managed to fit me in just a few hours later.
Dr Klapan was welcoming, thorough in her health checks, and reassuring. It was a very calming space for an infusion, and I felt very comfortable there. Dr Klapan administered the infusion and was sure to check on patients regularly throughout. She created a very calming environment.
The clinic itself is also very comfortable. I'd recommend, whilst we all try to avoid going to clinics... I'll definitely be returning!

The best care I’ve had from a doctor in a very long time. Kind, compassionate, patient and made the process of my iron infusion feel easy and achievable. Couldn’t recommend them more! If you have any worries and concerns they really take their time to reassure you!
I had an injection at the clinic. It was so easy to book, the website is very easy to navigate and prices are really good, Better than other clinics. The health questionnaire was very quick. The staff are lovely and very friendly, the clinic is a nice place to relax whilst getting your treatment. The whole process from start to finish was really easy and stress free, very impressed. Will definitely be back.
I contacted Effect Doctors with a very low ferritin and haemoglobin levels that the NHS didn’t seem willing to treat. The while booking process was easy, I had a really informative and helpful discussion prior to booking and my experience in the clinic was great. I went to Westfield, and had 2 infusions, at both I felt comfortable, well informed and relaxed. The process was straightforward and easy. I’m waiting to feel the full effect of having the iron, but the experience at Effect Doctors couldn’t have been more positive!
Having Effect Doctors at Glampville has been a fantastic addition for our Glastonbury guests. Their clinical-grade IV drips provide highly effective, rapid recovery from long days in the fields. Beyond the treatments themselves, their team is incredibly professional and brings great energy to the campsite every morning. They provide an impeccable service, and we are very proud to partner with them.
I have been having IV with excellent results. A wonderful nurse called Shereen has been administering it and she has made my entire experience comfortable and even enjoyable. Her caring, knowledgeable and professional approach prepared me well. She is willing to adjust the IV throughout the process for my comfort. I feel blessed to have her taking care of me and Effect Doctors are most fortunate to have her in their employment.
