I really recommend them! The service was incredibly helpful and friendly. Instead of just a standard list, I got a deep dive into the health risks of my destination and practical tips on how to protect myself beyond just vaccinations. They really took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel confident about my journey.

I have had 3 VitB12 injections administered by Incha. Incha is very professional, caring and reassuring. The staff in the pharmacy are all very nice and pleasant. I would have no hesitation in recommending this pharmacy, especially Incha.

Really pleased to get access to the LADA Type 1.5 diabetes antibody testing. The blood draw was painless and completed really quickly. The appointment was booked day before. Really pleased with the service.

Excellent service at this pharmacy. Booking appointments is quick and efficient, with reminders sent on your mobile phone. Very knowledgable and caring staff.

Very straightforward, no-frills service. Shazhad in particular was very clear, organised, and objective in introducing all candidate vaccines considering my specific travel purpose and in explaining why I’m highly encouraged to get some but not all. Very layperson-friendly discussion of probabilities and uncertainties surrounding vaccines, prophylaxes, and diseases, I’m very impressed as a biologist myself! First travel clinic in Edinburgh and I can see it will be hard to switch!

Shahzad was friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained things clearly and picked up on mistakes made at other travel clinics. Consultation was efficient and thorough, and prices very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and come back for future travel health consultations!
