I had the most wonderful experience at this clinic! The staff were so welcoming and Dr. Nicolas is exceptionally skilled. I have some melasma around my lips and some skin tags that needed to be removed and Dr. Nicolas sorted this out for me in my consultation. He was so friendly and he really calmed my nerves about my skin. I will definitely be coming back to this clinic if I ever need to see a dermatologist again. I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone, you will not be disappointed!
Absolutely loved my visit to Park Lane Wellness! The staff were very friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. The ambiance is peaceful and beautifully designed, which really helps you unwind. The service itself was excellent and exceeded my expectations. Used to have a good experience with the old staff but it’s been almost two weeks that the new staff are seemingly refusing to arrange for me to receive my repeat prescription from the compound pharmacy which has been routine for me since I began coming here. Staff are not answering my questions on WhatsApp, no one is willing to call me to resolve or apologise, you can’t get through as apparently there are phone issues. They have processed my payment and yet a week later I am still fighting to get answers for why they refuse to process my prescription. Without them sending it to the pharmacy I have no way of receiving my treatment. I’m genuinely shocked and have no other route to resolve this so leaving this review here as I wouldn’t want anyone to go through the same stress I have dealing with this (at the time of writing this my requests are still not being resolved). No idea what went wrong but I am so disappointed and just want my money back so I can go elsewhere.
Edit: after leaving a negative review I finally got the prescription sorted. It’s sad that it took a review for someone to finally listen to me but nonetheless thank you to Nicky who expedited my package so that it could arrive promptly. Updated the review to 3 star as it does not undo the overall negative experience up until that point, but I’m glad it was resolved.
Grateful for the Care and Results
After struggling with rosacea for at least 10 years, finding this dermatologist was truly life-changing. He has been incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process. He always takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes his patients feel heard and comfortable.
Thanks to him and his wonderful team, there has been a huge improvement, not only in the skin but also in confidence. The whole team is friendly, professional, and supportive at every visit.
Highly recommended to anyone dealing with rosacea or other skin concerns.
Nadirah is a real real professional, she is amazing.!!‼️ I’m 48 and I have tried many different clinics last 12 years for several treatments , mostly in Harley Street and with good doctors , ( unnecessary expensive) but what I had experience with Nadirah Is far away, I did go to her clinic just for one treatment and since January FirstI go every week fora new treatment ‼️😅
The results are absolutely amazing. You never get out with a swollen bruises face and fake look at all ! You just look Fresher younger and healthier ‼️my skin hasn’t been this good for years…,

Where do I even start?
So I have 2 old chicken pox scars on my forehead which I wanted to get rid off. That’s where I came across Dr Felipe online and booked my consultation. He sounded very promising and made me feel like he could get the job done that’s why I went with him.
So he came up with a treatment plan of 6 sessions as you can see in the picture. We started the treatment after the 2nd session I started having bad side effects and my whole face started bruising. After the 3rd session half way through there was no difference in the scars and that’s when I told Dr Felipe I’m not happy and don’t see any changes and he told me “ I need to be patient, that’s the thing with us patient we don’t know how to be patient”.
So 5 sessions have gone now and people around me friends and family telling me what have I done as my scars are more noticeable than before. So as you can imagine that just made me feel so deflated about the whole situation.
That’s when I decided to go see 3 different dermatologist just to get their opinion not to book any treatment with them. I showed all 3 doctors Dr Felipes treatment plan and explain what he done to me. All 3 said the same thing, that they were confused. Why he did what he did and if he did actually do what he said on the treatment plan either was using not strong enough filler or was using the wrong technique. Plus that my scars are worse than before.
After hearing that from 3 different dermatologist and being advised not to go to my final treatment so my skin can start to heal and hopefully go back to normal. I didn’t go to my final session but did they care? Did Dr Felipe or his office bother to call or message me to see if I was coming or if I was on my way or to see what was going on?
I genuinely feel hurt as not only I wasted my time and money I feel more insecure than before and I do feel like I got scammed. Especially just being a normal 9-5 girl making the bare minimum to save up for this treatment just to get treated like this.
So no I wouldn’t recommend Dr Felipe and I wish people do more research first and get more advice from other dermatologists first.

I have started treatment with the De Felipe dermatology clinic in London and I’m so pleased with it. The consultation was amazing, everything was explained in detail and it was almost as if I was having a lesson. The doctor is really nice and knows what he is doing! I can’t wait for the results 🙏🏽 highly recommend
